蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体基本力学性能研究

【摘要】:蒸压加气混凝土砌块是一种新型建材,自身表观密度小、隔热性能好、节能环保,并且大量使用工业废弃物粉煤灰生产,对环境保护有很大的贡献,目前很多工程使用了该种砌块。因为该砌块具有自身体积变形系数大、易吸水、自身强度较低等特点,由于普通砂浆与砌块之间性能的不同,在使用时用普通砂浆与该砌块配合砌筑的砌体容易产生开裂、空鼓等问题,如何有效的预防或治理上述问题尤为重要,以确保蒸压加气混凝土砌块及其砌体性能的良好发挥。本文的主要研究内容及取得的成果如下:(1)基于与蒸压加气混凝土砌块性能相匹配为前提,以强度、和易性为参考指标,通过正交试验研究与蒸压加气混凝土砌块性能相匹配的专用砂浆,通过试验,得出了强度等级为M5的专用砂浆配合比,具体为水泥、砂、粉煤灰、水的用量分别为258kg/m3、1550kg/m3、62kg/m3、279kg/m3,羟丙基甲基纤维素、引气剂、可再分散乳胶粉的掺量分别为0.32kg/m3、0.16kg/m3、6.4kg/m3。(2)通过蒸压加气混凝土砌块的单体试验,测得了砌块的干密度、含水率和抗冻性等性能指标。(3)通过对蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌体进行抗压强度试验,研究分析了砂浆灰缝厚度对砌体试件抗压强度的影响,并对使用普通砂浆与专用砂浆砌筑的砌块砌体进行了对比分析,提出了灰缝厚度不同的情况下蒸压加气混凝土砌体抗压强度的计算公式。(4)通过对砌块砌体进行抗剪强度试验,研究分析了砂浆灰缝厚度对砌体抗剪强度的影响,并且提出了不同砂浆灰缝厚度情况下砌体的抗剪强度平均值的建议公式。
[Abstract]:Autoclaved aerated concrete block is a new type of building material, which has low apparent density, good thermal insulation, energy saving and environmental protection. The block is now used in many projects. Because the block has the characteristics of large volume deformation coefficient, easy water absorption and low strength, because of the difference in performance between the ordinary mortar and the block, the masonry with the ordinary mortar and the block is prone to crack when used. How to effectively prevent or control the above problems is particularly important to ensure the good performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block and its masonry. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the premise of matching the properties of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, the strength and easiness of concrete blocks are taken as reference indexes. The special mortar matching the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block is studied by orthogonal test. Through the test, the special mortar mixture ratio of strength grade M5 is obtained, which is concrete cement, sand, fly ash. The dosage of water was 258kg / m ~ (3) / m ~ (3) and 1550kg / m ~ (3N) / m ~ (3) respectively, 62 kg / m ~ (32) / m ~ (3279kg / m ~ (3), and the dosage of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, air entraining agent, redispersible latex powder was 0.32 kg / m ~ (3o) 0.16 kg / m ~ (3) ~ (4) kg / m ~ (3.4) kg 路(2) through the monomer test of autoclaved aerated concrete block, The dry density, moisture content and frost resistance of the block were measured. (3) through the compressive strength test of autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry, the influence of mortar cement joint thickness on the compressive strength of masonry specimens was studied and analyzed. The comparison and analysis of block masonry with ordinary mortar and special mortar are also carried out. A formula for calculating the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry with different ash joint thickness is proposed. (4) through the shear strength test of block masonry, the influence of mortar cement joint thickness on the shear strength of masonry is studied and analyzed. The suggested formula for the average shear strength of masonry with different mortar cement joint thickness is also proposed.
