矩形钢管桁架屋面抽柱门式刚架设计方法研究

【摘要】：以某工厂化鳄鱼养殖舍建设项目为例,按照不同支撑排布方案,建立方管桁架屋面抽柱门式刚架模型。通过加载分析说明,在大量抽柱情况下,在抽柱位置布置纵向托架的同时,宜布置屋面横向、纵向水平支撑以提升结构的整体性能。同时通过分析采用弹性支座法模拟纵向托架对横向屋架支承作用的可行性,对比采用二维简化计算与三维空间模型计算的结果,说明弹性支座法和虚柱法都可以很好地模拟纵向托架对抽柱榀刚架的支承作用,且弹性支座法要优于虚柱法。
[Abstract]:Taking an industrial crocodile farm construction project as an example, according to the different support arrangement scheme, the model of the square tube frame roof truss-type rigid frame is set up. By loading and analyzing, in the case of a large number of extraction columns, the longitudinal bracket is arranged at the position of the drawing column, and the transverse and longitudinal horizontal support of the roof should be arranged to improve the overall performance of the structure. At the same time, by analyzing the feasibility of using the elastic support method to simulate the support effect of the longitudinal bracket on the transverse roof truss, the two-dimensional simplified calculation and the result of the three-dimensional space model calculation are compared, It is proved that the elastic support method and the dummy column method can well simulate the supporting effect of the longitudinal bracket on the rigid frame of the drawing column, and the elastic support method is better than the false column method.
