玉带湾项目高层住宅基础温度裂缝控制措施应用

【摘要】:近年来,房地产业迅猛发展,土地价格不断攀升,为了摊薄土地成本,在新建小区的规划中,高层建筑成为重要选择型式。在高层建筑的基础设计中,多采用桩基础、筏板基础等结构形式,但基础施工中往往忽视大体积混凝土温度变形和温度应力,容易造成温度裂缝的出现。因此,研究高层建筑基础大体积混凝土温度应力控制措施对保证工程施工质量有重要的意义。首先,以建筑基础底板施工中的温度应力和温度变形为研究对象,针对温度应力和温度变形是混凝土基础底板裂缝的主要原因这一特点,研究大体积混凝土温度应力产生和变化的机理,探求防控大体积混凝土底板出现裂缝的施工技术,总结切实可行的施工经验。其次,通过对大体积混凝土温度应力变化规律的研究和温度应力的计算分析,从理论上阐述控制温度变形、温度应力产生原因。通过从设计阶段计算、构造防止温度变形的措施,到施工阶段改善水泥水化热、改善混凝土约束条件和构造设计措施控制裂缝。另外,通过施工中的温度监测及时掌握混凝土的温度变化,采取有效控制措施避免温度裂缝的形成。最后,以具体工程项目的施工实践,运用大体积混凝土防控温度裂缝的理论,从施工前的方案制定,到施工过程中采取的控温措施及施工完成后的养护等方面进行理论验证,采取措施将混凝土内外温差控制在25℃以内,降温速率不大于1.5℃/d,可以保证混凝土的浇筑质量。在工程竣工后,工程质量良好,未出现有害裂缝。说明本工程在施工中采取的技术措施是得当的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of real estate and the rising land price, in order to dilute the cost of land, high-rise buildings have become an important choice in the planning of new residential areas. In the foundation design of high-rise buildings, pile foundation, raft foundation and other structural forms are often adopted, but the temperature deformation and thermal stress of mass concrete are often neglected in the foundation construction, so it is easy to cause the occurrence of temperature cracks. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the temperature stress control measures of mass concrete for high-rise building foundation to ensure the construction quality. First of all, the temperature stress and temperature deformation in the construction of building foundation floor are studied, aiming at the characteristics that temperature stress and temperature deformation are the main causes of cracks in concrete foundation floor. This paper studies the mechanism of the formation and change of temperature stress of mass concrete, explores the construction technology of preventing and controlling cracks in mass concrete floor, and summarizes the practical construction experience. Secondly, through the study of the variation of temperature stress and the calculation and analysis of the temperature stress of mass concrete, the causes of controlling temperature deformation and temperature stress are expounded theoretically. Through the calculation of the design stage, the measures to prevent the temperature deformation are constructed, and the cement hydration heat is improved, the concrete restraint conditions are improved and the cracks are controlled by the structural design measures at the construction stage. In addition, the temperature change of concrete is grasped in time by temperature monitoring in construction, and effective control measures are taken to avoid the formation of temperature crack. Finally, according to the construction practice of the concrete project, using the theory of mass concrete to prevent and control the temperature crack, from the formulation of the plan before the construction, to the temperature control measures adopted in the construction process and the maintenance after the completion of the construction, the theoretical verification is carried out.
