【摘要】：我国经济快速增长、城市面貌日新月异的另一面,暗藏着千城一面、交通拥堵、居住质量低下、邻里关系疏远、社会族群分裂等种种城市与社会问题。面对满目疮痍的故土和时空错乱的历史语境,如何保护和延续历史文脉、民族文化,同时又创造一种面向未来的健康、舒适而诗意的生活环境和居住模式,探索一种适合中国人栖居的本土性场所结构,成为中国的城市和建筑工作者们重要的历史使命。本研究基于对传统城市生活空间和现代都市理论的综合研究,提炼出与从个人到邻里再到公共不断扩展延伸的生活世界同构的、具有连续性和有机性的“街-巷-院宅园”的理想原型和场所结构,并通过实例的分析,论证这是一种从生活出发的、具有一定普遍性的理想城市外部空间模式。在确立空间原型的基础上,分析和捕捉设计地块的场地特质,批判性地提出上位规划和建筑方案中的缺陷,并针对性地寻找一种契合场地、源于生活的空间方案与规划策略。进而从都市更新和公共空间营造的角度,在规划结构的基础上,对局部的场地进行具体化的深入设计,试图创造出一种更具开放性、公共性和包容性的都市院落社区模式。本研究从街、巷、院-宅-园的不同层面上,强调一种具有关系性、序列性和整体性的场所结构,旨在通过环境的营造来影响人的行为方式和生活模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the face of the city is changing with each passing day. There are many kinds of urban and social problems, such as the traffic congestion, the low quality of living, the estrangement of the neighborhood, the division of the social group and so on. In the face of the devastated native land and the historical context of time and space disorder, how to protect and continue the historical context, national culture, and create a healthy, comfortable and poetic living environment and living mode facing the future, It is an important historical mission for Chinese city and builders to explore a kind of local place structure suitable for Chinese people to live in. Based on a comprehensive study of the traditional urban living space and modern urban theory, this study refines the isomorphism of the living world, which extends from individual to neighborhood to the public. The ideal prototype and place structure of "Street-Lane-Homestead" with continuity and organicality is proved to be a kind of ideal outer space mode of city which starts from life and has a certain universality through the analysis of examples. Based on the establishment of the spatial prototype, this paper analyzes and captures the site characteristics of the design plot, critically puts forward the defects in the upper planning and construction scheme, and seeks a kind of space plan and planning strategy which is derived from life. Then, from the angle of urban renewal and public space construction, on the basis of planning structure, the concrete and in-depth design of local sites is carried out in an attempt to create a more open, public and inclusive urban courtyard community model. From the different levels of street, alley, courtyard-house-garden, this study emphasizes a kind of place structure with relation, sequence and integrity, and aims at influencing people's behavior and life pattern through the construction of environment.
