古城保护背景下的城市综合交通规划研究

【摘要】：西安作为千年古都,是华夏民族的精神故乡,是人类不可缺少的宝贵财富。作为世界四大文明古都之一,西安古城区的风貌及布局注定难以改变,路网结构也无法进行大幅度的调整,而西安古城区的布局及现状路网已难以满足城市机动化发展的要求,古城区内交通矛盾日益突出。因此,通过具有针对性的城市综合交通规划发展来解决西安市居民出行困难问题,满足市民出行与城市可持续发展的共同需要,在保护历史文化与城市交通发展的矛盾中寻求平衡,己成为当前城市发展急需解决的问题。本文通过对国内外几大典型的历史文化名城的古城保护案例进行分析,根据总结和相关的案例分析归纳出古城保护下的交通规划的理论方法,然后从发展战略、系统交通组织等六个方面介绍了古城区的综合交通规划内容体系和系统方法。据此指导方法,通过研究西安古城区的现状及由其得到的预测资料,在考虑到对古城区内历史文化的保护的前提下,从道路网、公共交通、慢行交通、静态交通等四个方面对古城区进行了系统的规划。最终,提出了可行的西安市古城区和城外区的协调发展策略,以及整个西安市古城区的交通发展目标和策略。
[Abstract]:Xi'an, as an ancient capital for thousands of years, is the spiritual hometown of the Chinese nation and an indispensable valuable asset of mankind. As one of the four ancient capitals of civilization in the world, the landscape and layout of Xi'an ancient city are bound to be difficult to change, and the structure of the road network cannot be greatly adjusted. However, the layout of Xi'an ancient city and the present situation of the road network can not meet the requirements of the motorized development of the city. The traffic contradiction in ancient urban area is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, through the targeted comprehensive urban traffic planning and development to solve the travel difficulties of Xi'an residents, to meet the common needs of citizens travel and urban sustainable development, Seeking balance in protecting the contradiction between history and culture and urban traffic development has become an urgent problem to be solved in urban development. Based on the analysis of several typical cases of ancient city protection at home and abroad, this paper sums up the theory and method of traffic planning under the protection of ancient city according to the summary and related case analysis, and then sums up the theory and method of traffic planning under the protection of ancient city from the development strategy. This paper introduces the content system and method of comprehensive traffic planning in Gucheng District from six aspects, such as system traffic organization. According to this guidance method, through the study of the present situation of Xi'an ancient urban area and the prediction data obtained from it, under the premise of considering the protection of history and culture in the ancient urban area, from the road network, public transport, slow traffic, Static traffic and other four aspects of the ancient urban planning system. Finally, the paper puts forward the feasible coordinated development strategy of Xi'an ancient city and outer city, as well as the traffic development goal and strategy of the whole Xi'an ancient city.
