北京1980年代典型老旧住宅适老性改造初探

【摘要】：未来几十年内,空巢家庭激增将成为不可避免的社会现象,而居家养老将成为空巢家庭最为主导的养老模式,适老化改造水平则直接影响居家养老的质量。选取北京20世纪80年代典型老旧住宅为案例进行住宅内部及外环境的适老化改造,通过实地调研总结出多种改造方式并进行对比分析,旨在为不同条件下的适老化改造提供更多选择。
[Abstract]:In the next few decades, the proliferation of empty nest families will become an inevitable social phenomenon, and home pension will become the most dominant pension model for empty nest families, and the level of aging transformation will directly affect the quality of home pension. This paper selects the typical old housing in Beijing in the 1980s as a case study to carry out the aging transformation of the internal and external environment of the house, and sums up a variety of transformation methods through field investigation and makes a comparative analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide more options for aging transformation under different conditions.
