小型低温空气源热泵采暖在北京农村的适用性研究

【摘要】:调研数据显示,目前北京农村地区住宅采暖以小型燃煤炉为主,每年采暖煤炭消耗量为349万吨标准煤,燃烧效率低,并且每年会产生约2.6万吨的PM2.5排放量,给北京地区节能减排和雾霾防治工作造成巨大压力,急需寻找一种更清洁的适宜技术替代燃煤采暖。北京农村地区缺少生物质等可再生资源,使用电能的小型低温空气源热泵不产生PM2.5排放、能源利用率较高,有可能成为北京农村地区替代燃煤采暖的主要采暖方式。近几年市场上已经开发出性能稳定、适合北方农村住宅安装使用的小型低温空气源热泵设备,但是还缺少典型示范实例和运行效果的实测数据,无法准确判断小型低温空气源热泵用于农宅采暖的可行性、适用性及可能存在的问题。本论文对此展开研究工作,研究内容和主要结论如下:1.在北京郊区建立了两种不同形式的小型低温空气源热泵采暖示范户共4户,进行了整个采暖季运行效果的连续测试。其中热水型低温空气源热泵+地板采暖示范户冬季平均室温18.0℃,采暖季电耗54kWh/m2,户总电耗3749kWh,采暖费用2346元;热水型低温空气源热泵+散热器采暖示范户冬季平均室温17.9℃,采暖季电耗41kWh/m2,户总电耗4073kWh,采暖费用2599元;两户热风型低温空气源热泵采暖示范户的房间平均气温在16℃以上,采暖季电耗分别为18 kWh/m2和24kWh/m2,电费分别为366元和1114元。机组在北京冬季室外气温条件下正常运行,营造了适宜的室温,采暖费用低于采用燃煤采暖。2.结合实测数据分析了以上两类机组和采暖系统的适用性。热水型低温空气源热泵能够为整户农宅提供稳定的采暖温度,适于对室内热环境要求高、经济水平较好的农村家庭使用。热风型低温空气源热泵采暖能够迅速提高房间气温,可以对机组运行及室内温度进行灵活控制,并能实现更好的经济性。两种热泵各具特色,都是替代北京地区现有小型燃煤采暖的适宜技术。3.研究并初步总结了热风型低温空气源热泵的几种典型用户行为模式,实际使用中大部分农户都会采取部分空间、部分时间的使用模式,与传统的整户供暖连续运行的采暖模式相比能够更好地实现行为节能。
[Abstract]:According to the research data, at present, the residential heating in rural areas of Beijing is dominated by small coal stoves, and the annual heating coal consumption is 3.49 million tons of standard coal. The combustion efficiency is low, and about 26000 tons of PM2.5 emissions will be generated every year. It puts great pressure on energy saving and emission reduction and haze prevention and control in Beijing, so it is urgent to find a cleaner and suitable technology to replace coal-fired heating. There is a lack of renewable resources such as biomass in rural areas of Beijing, small low temperature air source heat pumps using electric energy do not produce PM2.5 emissions, and the energy utilization rate is high, which may become the main heating mode to replace coal-fired heating in rural areas of Beijing. In recent years, a small low temperature air source heat pump equipment with stable performance and suitable for installation and use in rural residential buildings in the north has been developed in the market, but there is still a lack of typical demonstration examples and measured data of the operation effect. It is impossible to accurately judge the feasibility, applicability and possible problems of small low temperature air source heat pump used in agricultural house heating. In this paper, the research work is carried out, the research contents and main conclusions are as follows: 1. Two different forms of small low temperature air source heat pump heating demonstration households were established in the suburbs of Beijing, and the operation effect of the whole heating season was tested continuously.
