碱矿渣加气混凝土制备与性能研究

【摘要】:本文以化学发泡方法制备了碱矿渣加气混凝土(AASAC),研究了其孔结构与宏观性能之间的关系。结果显示:AASAC干密度范围在400~700 kg/m~3,其体积吸水率与孔隙率成线性相关性,28 d抗压强度和干燥收缩值随孔隙率增加而减小。加气混凝土断面图像分析结果表明,引入气孔圆度值接近于1以及气孔孔径在100μm以内的气孔比例越大,混凝土强度越高。

The relationship between pore structure and macroscopic properties of alkali slag aerated concrete was studied.
