不同龄期和硫酸盐作用下大理石粉对水泥固化氯离子性能影响研究

【摘要】:研究了硫酸盐作用下大理石粉对水泥固化氯离子性能的影响规律及作用机理。试验结果表明:水泥-大理石粉硬化浆体氯离子固化率,1 d龄期之前快速增长,1~3 d龄期增长变缓,3~7 d龄期进一步减缓,7~28 d龄期时增加缓慢,1 d、3 d和7 d龄期的分别达到28 d的50%、70%和95%。随着大理石粉掺量的增加,水泥浆体的氯离子固化率,6 h、12 h、1 d龄期增大,3 d、7 d、28 d龄期降低;随着硫酸盐浓度增加,其氯离子固化率降低。XRD分析表明大理石粉对水泥浆体28 d龄期的Freidel's盐生成量影响不大,硫酸盐抑制水泥-大理石粉浆体Freidel's盐生成。
[Abstract]:The effect of marble powder on the properties of cement curing chloride ion under the action of sulfate was studied. The experimental results show that the chloride ion curing rate of cement-marble powder hardened paste increases rapidly before 1 d age, slows down at 1 d age, slows down at 3 d age, slows down further at 3 d age, increases slowly at 7 d age, and increases slowly at 7 d age for 1 d. The age of 3 d and 7 d was 50%, 70% and 95% of that of 28 d, respectively. With the increase of marble powder content, the chloride ion curing rate of cement paste increased at 1 d at 6 h and 12 h, increased at 3 d, decreased at 28 d at 7 d, and decreased at 28 d at 6 h, 12 h, 3 d, 7 d and 28 d, respectively. With the increase of sulfate concentration, the curing rate of chloride ion decreased. XRD analysis showed that marble powder had little effect on the formation of Freidel's salt at 28 d age, and sulfate inhibited the formation of Freidel's salt in cement-marble paste.
