BIM技术在楼宇自动化管理中的研究与应用

【摘要】:随着科技和经济的不断发展,特别是建筑市场的迅猛发展,一个项目所包含的信息量越来越复杂,在进行建筑物运维管理时,往往需要凭借着丰富的经验来做出各种检测,这就造成了有可能的误判,同时浪费了大量的时间。本文运用BIM技术对上述问题提出解决思路,通过Revit软件建立的BIM模型,分析BIM技术与楼宇自动化管理中的结合点,使得在处理紧急事件时提高应急效率。为此将模型导入PyroSim中进行灾害模拟,同时利用Pathfinder软件分别采用Steering模式与SFPE模式进行疏散仿真与模拟,通过仿真得出BIM技术在楼宇自动化疏散管理应用的可行性与优越性,这样得出的模拟实验数据就能够较好地指导完成消防疏散方案的制订、优化、演练与实操工作,为管理人员与救援人员提供了重要依据。最后研究BIM技术在建筑物运营管理阶段的节能应用,运用BIM模型在Ecotect Analysis中模拟出的能耗分析图可以对管理人员起指导节能的作用,并达到实时量化能耗的目的。本文希冀透过研究课题——BIM技术在楼宇自动化管理中的研究与应用,抛砖引玉,在现有的楼宇自动化管理基础上运用BIM技术给予升华。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and economy, especially the rapid development of the construction market, the amount of information contained in a project is becoming more and more complex. In the management of building operation and maintenance, it is often necessary to rely on a wealth of experience to make a variety of tests. This resulted in possible miscalculation and wasted a lot of time at the same time. In this paper, BIM technology is used to solve the above problems, and the BIM model established by Revit software is used to analyze the combination of BIM technology and building automation management, so as to improve the emergency efficiency when dealing with emergencies. Therefore, the model is imported into PyroSim for disaster simulation, and the Steering mode and SFPE mode are used to simulate and simulate the evacuation respectively. through the simulation, the feasibility and superiority of the application of BIM technology in building automatic evacuation management are obtained. The simulated experimental data can guide the formulation, optimization, exercise and practice of fire evacuation plan, which provides an important basis for managers and rescue workers. Finally, the energy saving application of BIM technology in building operation and management stage is studied. The energy consumption analysis diagram simulated by BIM model in Ecotect Analysis can guide managers to save energy, and achieve the purpose of quantifying energy consumption in real time. Through the research and application of BIM technology in building automation management, this paper hopes to sublimate it by using BIM technology on the basis of existing building automation management.
