碳纤维带电热技术的试验研究

【摘要】:提出了一种基于碳纤维带的新型室内地暖电热系统,并介绍了电热板的设计思路、试验模型和建造过程,得到了试验结果.试验通过将三条宽度为50mm,间距为200mm的碳纤维带预埋在水泥砂浆中构成电热板,检测不同位置温度随时间的变化和系统能耗,以获得系统的电热性能.结果表明:电热系统升温迅速,平均升温速率能达到1.83℃/min.竖直方向的温度变化梯度远大于水平方向温度变化梯度.碳纤维带电阻稳定性较好,地暖反射膜和保温板的隔热效果良好,温控装置对减少能耗成效显著.
[Abstract]:A new type of indoor warm electric heating system based on carbon fiber belt is proposed, and the design idea, test model and construction process of the electric heating plate are introduced, and the test results are obtained. In order to obtain the electrothermal performance of the system, three carbon fiber strips with width of 50mm and spacing of 200mm were embedded in cement mortar to form electric heating plate, and the change of temperature at different positions with time and the energy consumption of the system were measured in order to obtain the electrothermal performance of the system. The results show that the electric heating system heats up rapidly and the average heating rate can reach 1.83 鈩,
