大连市既有居住建筑改造工程效果改善分析研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展的稳定增长与城市人口密度的显著增加,城市住宅需求总量得到迅速增长,但同时住宅老化问题也越来越严重。大连市地处我国北方寒冷地区,冬季较长且寒冷干燥,极端条件下冬季室内外温差可高达35℃以上,对住宅进行全面供暖来保证室内温度。夏季,大连地区住宅室内较为凉爽,但是在八月份极度闷热的情况下,建筑具有较好的防暑降温性能亦是非常必要的。因此,对既有建筑实施更新,即实行暖房工程势在必行。为了研究既有建筑通过改造后,对室内热环境的改善效果,本研究以大连市的暖房工程为例,进行了如下研究:首先,对大连市既有建筑存在的问题进行了调查,总结了建筑老化问题对人体健康及居住环境产生的负面影响,并分析了既有建筑现阶段存在的实际应用问题;其次,针对建筑围护结构材料热工性能较差的问题,对既有建筑的外墙增加了保温层,并有针对性的给出了暖房工程节能改造技术要点及注意事项;再次,通过实测调查与能耗分析的方法,对既有建筑改造前后的室内热湿环境进行了监测与数据分析;最后,通过数据对比及能耗分析,证明既有建筑通过节能改造措施能够有效改善室内人居环境,降低建筑能耗。本研究成果一方面可为制定既有建筑更新改造的相关政策和执行方案提供基础依据,同时为今后的住宅设计等方面提出相应设计策略。
