钢筋黏结性能对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能影响

【摘要】:和传统钢筋相比,广泛应用于耐腐蚀工程中的表面涂层加工钢筋的黏结性能必然会发生变化,由此产生的对钢筋混凝土(以下简称RC)梁构件的承载机制和破坏模式的影响还未被揭示.另外,还存在由于箍筋锈蚀引起的黏结退化对RC梁的抗剪性能的影响,以及以往的研究存在的分歧.鉴于此,通过实验就表面涂层纵向受拉钢筋的黏结性能变化以及不同形式箍筋的黏结退化对RC梁的抗剪性能的影响展开研究.研究结果表明:表面涂层加工纵向受拉钢筋的黏结性能的变化基本上对RC梁的承载机制、破坏模式以及承载力等承载性能不产生影响;箍筋形式以及其黏结退化与否对RC梁的承载力影响不大,但相对于开口型箍筋,闭合型箍筋对斜裂缝开口变化有更好的约束作用.
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional steel bar, the bonding performance of the surface coated steel bar, which is widely used in corrosion resistance engineering, is bound to change, and the influence on the bearing mechanism and failure mode of reinforced concrete (RC) beam members has not been revealed. In addition, there are also the effects of bonding degradation caused by hoop corrosion on the shear properties of RC beams, as well as the differences in previous studies. In view of this, the changes of bonding properties of longitudinal tension steel bars coated with surface and the effects of bonding degradation of different forms of hoops on the shear properties of RC beams are studied by experiments. The results show that the change of bonding performance of longitudinal tension steel bar machined by surface coating has no effect on the bearing mechanism, failure mode and bearing capacity of RC beam, but the form of hoop and its bonding degradation have little effect on the bearing capacity of RC beam, but the closed hoop has better restraint effect on the change of oblique crack opening than that of open type hoop.
