SHYX体育场工程项目全过程质量管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的飞速增长及社会生产力的不断提高,我国的建筑业也伴随着新中国的经济发展而快速壮大。而与此同时,我国的建筑项目质量管理水平和能力,却还停留在较为原始的阶段,这便造成了部分项目难以达到建设预期的情况出现,从而导致了很多不必要的资源浪费。这些问题值得我们的思考和反思。本文从项目管理的基本概念和基本理论出发,结合SHYX体育场工程建设的实际情况进行系统研究,分析研究了建筑项目在全过程管理中的系列问题,提出了改进和解决问题的思路和建议,促使建设项目业主方在今后的项目管理中能够不断发展以及晚上自身的质量管理体系,以提高项目质量管理水平。并以此示范其他体育场工程建设项目的全过程质量管理活动,具有一定的现实意义。本文第一章为引言部分,主要介绍了研究背景、研究的目的与意义、研究思路以及论文的大致结构;本文第二章认真研究了相关质量管理的相关理论知识,引申出项目质量管理的意义与作用并介绍了项目质量管理在国内外的发展历程,详细介绍了本文的理论基础;在第三章中,对SHYX体育场项目概况做了详细介绍,提出了项目建设目标及质量目标;第四章研究SHYX体育场工程全生命周期中的质量管理实施计划,介绍了项目的质量影响因素、质量保证体系以及业主方在项目各阶段的质量控制措施;第五章主要论述质量管理管理控制,并总结质量控制中的影响因素,并提出了控制措施;第六章为本文的结论与展望。本文通过对SHYX体育场工程全过程质量管理进行研究,对建设工程的每一阶段质量控制进行分析,针对体育场工程的特点进行论述,强调了业主方全过程质量管理对于项目的整个生命周期的贡献。在工程项目管理中,强调事前、事中、事后的三阶段管理,结合进行过程中的不断检查、改进、完善,以达到预期的质量目标。本文结合工程项目质量管理的实践,明确了业主方建设项目质量管理中,全过程管理的重要性,分析突出了业主方在项目质量管理中的主导作用,提高业主方项目质量管理的能力对建设项目质量的贡献,对业主方建设项目质量管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of the social productivity, the construction industry in our country has grown rapidly with the new China's economic development. At the same time, the quality management level and ability of the construction project in China are still in a more primitive stage, which causes some of the projects to be difficult to meet the construction expectations, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waste of resources. These problems deserve our reflection and reflection. Based on the basic concept and the basic theory of project management, this paper makes a systematic study on the practical situation of the construction of the SHYX stadium, and analyzes the series of problems in the whole process management of the construction project, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for improving and solving the problem. To promote the development of the construction project owner in the project management in the future and the quality management system of the project at night, so as to improve the project quality management level. It is of practical significance to demonstrate the overall process quality management of other stadium project construction projects. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the study thought and the general structure of the paper; the second chapter of this article studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of the relevant quality management, The significance and function of project quality management are introduced, the development course of project quality management at home and abroad is introduced, the theoretical basis of this paper is introduced in detail, in the third chapter, the general situation of the project of SHYX stadium is described in detail, and the project construction objectives and quality objectives are put forward. The fourth chapter studies the quality management implementation plan of the whole life cycle of the SHYX stadium project, introduces the quality influence factors, the quality assurance system and the quality control measures of the owner in each stage of the project; the fifth chapter mainly discusses the management control of quality management, The influence factors in the quality control are summarized and the control measures are put forward; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect of this paper. In this paper, the quality control of the whole process of the SHYX stadium project is studied, the quality control of each stage of the construction project is analyzed, the characteristics of the stadium project are discussed, and the contribution of the whole process quality management of the owner to the whole life cycle of the project is emphasized. In the project management of the project, the three-stage management in advance, in the event and after the latter is emphasized, and the continuous inspection, improvement and improvement in the process are combined to achieve the expected quality objectives. Based on the practice of the quality management of the project, the importance of the whole process management in the quality management of the construction project of the owner is clarified, the leading role of the owner in the project quality management is analyzed, and the contribution of the project quality management of the owner to the quality of the construction project is improved.
