北京地铁6号线东四站出入口城市综合体情景设计研究

【摘要】:2000年以来,北京进入了城市轨道交通系统的快速建设时期,仅08年至14年间建成并投入运营的线路达13条。旧城作为城市核心,地铁建设经过旧城已不可避免,仅东四站便汇集了四条地铁线路,集中反映了地铁的巨大体量和严格施工要求与旧城的街道尺度、胡同肌理保护的矛盾。本研究以北京地铁六号线东四站出入口城市综合体项目为基础,引入管理学的情景规划作为前期的方案策划方法,试图探索地铁建设与旧城保护结合的多元途径。首先,研究从功能要素和类型要素两条线索出发,功能要素梳理隆福寺地区的发展现状、文化流失、历史保护、地铁建设等诸矛盾,类型要素则结合案例分析旧城地铁城市综合体的各个发展阶段和混合类型,并对北京旧城和京都旧城地铁城市综合体进行全样本比较研究。研究指出,缺少对不确定性要素的评估和应对能力、对社会生态多样性的忽视以及地铁建设模式的单一性是该城市综合体建设中的主要矛盾。在此基础上,文章指出引入情景规划方法的必要性和可行性,以提升设计中对不确定性因素的评估和应对能力。其次,研究梳理了情景规划的理论和程序,论证了其应用于城市设计的适用性,归纳了相关应用案例的经验和不足,并提出了适用于城市设计的情景规划实施步骤。通过深入分析东四站地铁城市综合体项目中的各确定与不确定性要素,研究指出,政策倾向及社区诉求是影响项目发展的两个主要驱动力,进而根据其不同趋势,构建出基于四种未来发展模式的情景:微山谷、共生·再生、隆福寺2.0、深远街市。最后,针对各情景的发展逻辑,并结合国内外相关案例,研究从城市、建筑、身体三个层次采取应答性的设计策略,并从经济、社会、生态三方面对各情景方案进行评估,进而为未来北京旧城地铁建设提供思路和建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, Beijing has entered a period of rapid construction of urban rail transit system, with 13 lines built and put into operation between 2008 and 14. As the core of the city, the subway construction through the old city is inevitable. Only Dongsi Station brings together four subway lines, which reflects the contradiction between the huge volume and strict construction requirements of the subway and the street scale and hutong texture protection of the old city. Based on the entrance and exit urban complex project of Dongsi Station of Beijing Metro Line 6, this study introduces the scenario planning of management as the early scheme planning method, and tries to explore the multiple ways of combining subway construction with the protection of the old city. First of all, starting from the two clues of functional elements and type elements, the functional elements sort out the present situation of development, cultural loss, historical protection, subway construction and other contradictions in Longfu Temple area. The type elements analyze the development stages and mixed types of the old city subway city complex with a case study, and make a full sample comparative study of the Beijing Old City Metro City complex and the Kyoto Old City Metro City complex. It is pointed out that the lack of evaluation and coping ability of uncertain elements, the neglect of social ecological diversity and the oneness of subway construction mode are the main contradictions in the construction of the urban complex. On this basis, the paper points out the necessity and feasibility of introducing scenario planning method to improve the evaluation and response ability of uncertain factors in the design. Secondly, it combs the theory and procedure of situational planning, demonstrates its applicability in urban design, sums up the experience and shortcomings of related application cases, and puts forward the implementation steps of situational planning suitable for urban design. Based on the in-depth analysis of the determination and uncertainty factors in the Dongsi subway urban complex project, it is pointed out that the policy tendency and community demand are the two main driving forces affecting the development of the project, and then according to their different trends, the scenarios based on four future development models are constructed: micro-valley, symbiotic regeneration, Longfu Temple 2.0, and far-reaching markets. Finally, according to the development logic of each scenario, and combined with the relevant cases at home and abroad, this paper studies the response design strategy from the three levels of city, architecture and body, and evaluates each scenario scheme from three aspects of economy, society and ecology, so as to provide ideas and suggestions for the future subway construction of Beijing Old City.
