基于传统庭院空间的杭州农都综合体设计

【摘要】：现代主义建筑过快发展导致城市建筑空间单调雷同,而当前人们对室内外空间的多元需求却越来越高,以城市综合体为代表的建筑空间矛盾逐渐突出。在这样的社会背景下,为城市综合体空间设计选题赋予了更为深层次的意义。本案切入点是通过市场调查发现城市综合体空间不足,试图研究传统庭院空间精髓完善城市综合体空间不足部分。落实在杭州农都综合体设计中,着重于空间形态、空间要素、空间意境三方面的创新,为城市综合体发展提供新思路。论文涵盖六部分内容：第一部分,从三个不同角度提出人们对传统庭院、文化、历史的怀念以及对城市综合体现状不满。并说明研究对象、目的与意义、论文思路和框架；第二部分,城市综合体市场调查,五个不同方面共同说明,城市综合体发展要突破千城一面的现状又要满足人们多元化需求,可以结合传统庭院空间做出创新；第三部分,基于上一章市场调查结果,对传统庭院相关文献资料进行研究,了解庭院空间发展和研究现状,从中梳理观点、理论。着重在空间形态、空间要素、空间意境三方面梳理；第四部分,传统庭院空间在现代建筑中应用案例研究,为杭州农都综合体设计实践做准备；第五部分,杭州农都综合体实践,就地块历史背景、区位、周边群众、杭州市相关规定进行调查研究确定设计方向,结合前期总结的理论经验完成方案设计,最后就本案创新部分进行阐述和实践总结。第六部分,基于传统庭院空间在城市综合体的应用总结,展望其未来发展及应用性研究。随着人们对城市综合体要求越来越高同时传统庭院空间也越来越被认可,将两者创新性融合在一起能够满足人们的需求：一方面在建的城市综合体将沿着杭州本土化、特色化、人性化方向发展：另一方面传统庭院空间将得到传承和发扬。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modernist architecture leads to the monotonous similarity of urban architectural space, but at present, the pluralistic demand for indoor and outdoor space is getting higher and higher, and the contradiction of architectural space represented by urban complex is becoming more and more prominent. Under this social background, it gives a deeper meaning to the topic selection of urban complex space design. The entry point of this case is to find out the shortage of urban complex space through market research, and try to study the essence of traditional courtyard space to perfect the insufficient space of urban complex. In the design of Hangzhou Nongdu complex, emphasis is placed on the innovation of spatial form, spatial elements and spatial artistic conception, so as to provide new ideas for the development of urban complex. The thesis consists of six parts: the first part puts forward people's nostalgia for traditional courtyard, culture and history and dissatisfaction with the present situation of urban complex from three different angles. The second part, the market survey of urban complex, five different aspects show that the development of urban complex should break through the current situation of one side of thousands of cities and meet the diversified needs of people, which can be combined with the traditional courtyard space to make innovation. The third part, based on the market survey results of the previous chapter, carries on the research to the traditional courtyard related literature material, understands the courtyard space development and the research present situation, combs from the viewpoint, the theory. The fourth part, the application case study of traditional courtyard space in modern architecture, prepares for the design practice of Hangzhou Nongdu complex. The fifth part, the practice of Hangzhou Nongdu complex, investigates and determines the design direction on the historical background, location, surrounding masses and relevant regulations of Hangzhou, and completes the scheme design combined with the theoretical experience summarized in the previous period. Finally, it expounds and summarizes the innovation part of the case. The sixth part, based on the application summary of traditional courtyard space in urban complex, looks forward to its future development and application research. With the increasing demand for urban complex and the increasing recognition of traditional courtyard space, the innovative integration of the two can meet the needs of people: on the one hand, the urban complex under construction will develop along the direction of localization, characteristics and humanization of Hangzhou; on the other hand, the traditional courtyard space will be inherited and carried forward.
