3D混凝土打印技术现状及发展前景

【摘要】:钢筋混凝土被大量用于永久性结构,如:码头、堤防护岸、挡土墙、防波堤等。施工过程中需要支模、拆模等一系列繁琐程序,施工工期长、材料浪费、耗能大,施工困难,而3D混凝土打印技术不需要支模、拆模等一系列繁琐程序,制造时间降低1/10~1/5,费用降低到1/3左右,相对于传统方式具有价格低、耗能小、绿色环保、高效、安全等优点。3D混凝土打印技术在大型工程施工领域还处于实验研究阶段,但非常具有研究价值。虽然我国3D混凝土打印技术处于起步阶段,但随着3D混凝土打印技术的快速发展,不久的将来,3D混凝土打印技术将成为现实,3D混凝土打印将会给工程施工带来巨大变革。
