古村活化概念模型及其规划应用

【摘要】：文章通过对当前古村发展存在问题、古村价值与活化认知的解析,提出古村活化概念模型须包含风貌活力、人居活力和文化活力三大维度,以及物质遗存、自然环境、整体形态与格局、生产生活方式、公共空间功能、基础设施与公共服务设施、非物质文化和治理秩序八大指标,并将非物质文化、公众治理、村民生产生活的保留与改善置于与物质整治提升同样重要的位置。同时,通过佛山市30个古村活化实践表明,引入古村活化概念模型和市域活化发展策划,可以避免就村论村、就空间论空间的弊端,而通过市域统筹定位、村域实施活化将概念模型始终贯穿规划始末,可更好地促进古村全面提升与保护发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the development of ancient villages, the value and activation cognition of ancient villages, this paper puts forward that the conceptual model of ancient village activation should include three dimensions: style vitality, human settlement vitality and cultural vitality, as well as material relics, natural environment, overall form and pattern, production and life style, public space function, infrastructure and public service facilities, intangible culture and governance order, and the intangible culture. Public governance, the retention and improvement of villagers' production and life is as important as material renovation and promotion. At the same time, through the activation practice of 30 ancient villages in Foshan City, it is shown that the introduction of the conceptual model of ancient village activation and the planning of urban activation development can avoid the disadvantages of village theory and space theory, and through the overall positioning of the city, the implementation of the conceptual model of the village area will always run through the beginning and end of the planning, which can better promote the all-round promotion and protection and development of the ancient village.
