特殊地质条件下的高层建筑基础设计

【摘要】:广州萝岗水西路燕山一带均为花岗岩地貌,因长期的地质风化作用形成孤石群地层,构成一种特殊的地质条件。空间分布毫无规律的孤石、孤石群严重困扰建设项目的基础选型、设计和施工。本文结合场地的岩土地质条件,采取增加施工钻探、长短桩结合、适当补桩和局部改用冲孔灌注桩,并考虑地下室和上部结构整体刚度大的有利因素,采用以高强预应力管桩为主辅以极少量的冲孔灌注桩的基础型式,较好地解决了复杂孤石场地高层建筑地基基础设计难题。实测效果表明:所运用的技术措施合理、安全可靠,达到了缩短工期和降低造价的双重目的,可为类似场地上工程项目的地基处理和基础选型设计提供有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:The Yanshan area of Luogang Shuishui Road in Guangzhou is granite geomorphology, which forms a special geological condition due to the formation of isolated stone group strata due to long-term geological weathering. The isolated stone with irregular spatial distribution seriously puzzles the basic selection, design and construction of the construction project. Combined with the geotechnical geological conditions of the site, this paper adopts the addition of construction drilling, the combination of long and short piles, the proper filling pile and the local replacement of punched cast-in-place pile, and takes into account the favorable factors of large overall stiffness of basement and superstructure, and adopts the foundation type of high strength prestressed pipe pile supplemented by a very small amount of punched cast-in-place pile, which solves the difficult problem of foundation design of high-rise building in complex isolated stone site. The measured results show that the technical measures used are reasonable, safe and reliable, and achieve the dual purpose of shortening the construction period and reducing the cost, and can provide valuable reference for foundation treatment and foundation selection design of similar projects on the site.
