矿物掺合料对恒负温养护条件下水泥基材料性能的影响研究

冬季施工中,混凝土容易遭受低温的影响,往往造成不可恢复性的损伤;同时,耐久性也有很大程度上的损失。用粉煤灰、硅灰替代混凝土中的部分水泥,不仅可以促进工业废料循环再利用,还可以改善混凝土的部分性能,这已成为工程中的常规方法。但这种方法在负温混凝土中的应用研究却较为少见,尤其是恒负温条件下。本文研究了不同恒负温养护条件下掺合料种类和掺量对水泥基材料的强度、耐久性与孔结构的影响。试验结果表明,受冻温度对水泥基材料的性能有较大影响,其强度与抗气体渗透性能随受冻温度降低而降低。尤其在-20℃下性能增长缓慢甚至随龄期增加而降低,应避免在过低负温下进行施工作业。硅灰掺合料对改善恒负温养护条件下水泥基材料的早期强度、气体渗透性、孔隙分布等方面均有良好的作用,其中气体渗透性与孔隙分布随掺量增加而优化,但强度随掺量提高变化不大;而粉煤灰掺合料对水泥基材料的各方面性能随掺量增加有一定程度的劣化,应谨慎确定合适掺量后再使用。
