Enhancement of the Behavior of Laterally Loaded Model Scale

  本研究旨在探究钙质砂中桩的水平承载特性。通过模型桩试验研究桩头固定条件对桩承载特性的影响以及桩侧注浆对桩基承载潜力的增强作用,试验采用的钙质砂来自中国南沙群岛。研究的重点在于:桩侧注浆前后试桩的最大水平承载力,试桩达到极限承载力时对应的土体变形,水泥浆液的压注过程参数以及水泥浆泡的尺寸和厚度。研制出了一套新型注浆装置来实现对试桩的桩侧注浆,该装置在注浆时可以控制注浆压力;水泥浆液通过设置在试桩内部的两根注浆管经注浆孔注入桩侧土层,注浆孔在试桩上部,与桩头的距离为桩长的三分之一。在正式试验之前进行了几次试注浆,目的是为了优化注浆步骤并大致确定正式试验时需要的注浆压力,为减少钙质砂损耗,试注浆在与试验用的钙质砂颗粒级配相近的石英砂中进行。在试注浆过程中发现:若采用实际工程中的普通硅酸盐水泥浆液,水泥会在注浆过程中堵塞注浆管。其原因可能是模型桩的尺寸较小,实际工程中采用的注浆水泥粒径对于模型桩来说过大,将普通硅酸盐水泥更换为平均粒径为5微米的超细水泥后试注浆堵管问题得到了解决,遂在正式试验中采用超细水泥浆液。按照ASTM D3966加载方案,通过在桩头处逐渐施加水平荷载来测试试桩的极限承载力...
