【摘要】：为推动乌鲁木齐市政府与社会资本合作暨PPP模式在乌鲁木齐的开展,由市财经办牵头,乌鲁木齐市委党校承办,举办了《推动乌鲁木齐市政府与社会资本合作暨PPP模式的研究》理论研讨会,对参会单位代表陈述观点和讨论交流的问题进行了综述。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the Urumqi municipal government and social capital cooperation and PPP mode in the development of Urumqi, led by the municipal finance office, Urumqi municipal Party school held a "seminar hosted, promote research" Urumqi municipal government and social capital cooperation and the theory of the PPP mode, the reference unit statement on behalf of views and discussions are summarized.
