【摘要】：重庆市1997年直辖成为我国最年轻的且是中西部地区唯一的直辖市。现阶段国家深入实施西部大开发、扩大内陆开放、建设丝绸之路经济带和长江经济带等发展战略，为处在战略交汇点的重庆开辟了新的发展空间。目前重庆仍属于欠发达地区，正处在统筹区域发展、城乡发展、加快转变发展方式、加快形成内生增长机制的的“四个关键节点”，目标是要更好地发挥直辖市体制政策优势，加快建设国家中心城市、长江上游经济中心和西部地区重要增长极。本文正是在这种时代发展的大背景下展开研究的。城镇化是重庆城乡统筹发展的核心，产业结构又是城镇经济发展的重要影响因素。在信息化、工业化和农业现代化的背景下，产业结构的优化调整是城乡经济统筹发展、促进城镇化发展的保障。基于此，本文确立的研究主题是重庆市产业结构对城镇化发展的影响。本文在对相关文献和理论梳理的基础上，首先分析了产业结构影响城镇化的一般机理。然后对重庆市的产业结构和城镇化发展现状及存在的问题进行了全面分析，还进一步分析了重庆市产业结构与城镇化的相互促进关系。接着运用计量经济学方法就重庆市产业结构对城镇化的影响进行实证分析。实证部分依据重庆市1997-2012年的各项统计数据，选取城镇化率、第二、三产业产值占比、产业结构合理化和高度化指数及第二、三产业劳动生产率为指标变量，从产业结构对城镇化影响的数量和质量两各个层面分别建立时间序列回归模型进行实证分析。最后，总结给出了本论文的主要研究结论并说明本论文的局限性，并对进一步研究做了展望。重庆市当前产业结构和城镇化都处于动态地不断往更高层次发展的过程中，但同时也都表现出突出的二元结构特征。实证表明，重庆市城镇化与第二产业占比和第三产业占比及产业结构合理化和高度化之间存在着长期稳定的关系。就重庆的实际情况而言，第二产业的发展在数量和质量上对城镇化的贡献作用都要强于第三产业。同时在现阶段，重庆市产业结构合理化，高度化对促进城镇化的作用还不是很强。结合重庆二、三产业发展的实际来看，重庆处于工业化中期，规模增长速度减慢但工业化内部结构上还有很大的改善空间。另外，第三产业发展远未成熟，尤其是中高端服务业还很薄弱，随着城镇化的深入发展第三产业在各层次上都有很大的增长和提升空间。
[Abstract]:Chongqing city in 1997 to become China's youngest municipality directly under the central government and is the only municipality in central and western regions. At present the national in-depth implementation of the western development, the expansion of inland open construction, Silk Road Economic Belt and the Yangtze River economic belt development strategy, opened a new space for development at the strategic intersection of Chongqing. At present, Chongqing is still in underdeveloped areas, regional development, urban and rural development, accelerate the transformation of development mode, accelerate the formation of endogenous growth mechanism of the "four key nodes", the goal is to better play the policy system of municipalities directly under the central government advantages, accelerate the construction of the National Center City, the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the important growth pole in the western region. This is research background in this era of development. The urbanization is the core of the Chongqing urban and rural development, the industrial structure is an important factor affecting the development of urban economy in the letter. Under the background of industrialization and agricultural modernization, the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is the guarantee for the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and the development of urbanization. Based on this, the theme of this paper is the influence of Chongqing's industrial structure on the development of urbanization.
Based on the relevant literature and theory, first analyzed the mechanism of the effect of industrial structure urbanization. Then analyzes the industrial structure and the urbanization development of Chongqing city and the existing problems, further analysis of the relationship between urbanization and industrial structure in Chongqing. Then we use the quantitative economics method to analyze influence of the industrial structure of Chongqing city urbanization. On the basis of the Chongqing city in the empirical part of the statistical data of 1997-2012, select the rate of urbanization, the second, third industry output value accounted for, rationalization of industrial structure and the index of three and two, industry labor productivity index variable, the quantity and quality of industry the structure of urbanization in two aspects respectively establish the time series regression model for empirical analysis. Finally, summary gives the main research of this paper. The limitations of this paper are explained and the prospect of further research is made.
The current industrial structure and urbanization are dynamic and constantly to a higher level of development of Chongqing City, but also exhibits two yuan structure features prominent. Empirical results show that the urbanization of Chongqing city and the second industry and the third industry accounted for the proportion of there is a long-term stable relationship between industrial structure and the rationalization and the height of the actual situation of the Chongqing. In terms of the contribution of the second industrial development of urbanization in the quantity and quality are better than the third industry. At the same time, at present, Chongqing city industrial structure rationalization, height to promote the role of urbanization is not very strong. Combined with the actual development of the three industry in Chongqing two. The view of Chongqing in the middle of industrialization, the scale of growth slowed but the internal structure of industrialization on there is still much room for improvement. In addition, the development of the third industry is far from mature, especially in the high-end service industry is still Weak, with the development of urbanization, the third industry has greatly increased and promoted the space at all levels.
