东北地区金融发展对区域城镇化进程支持作用研究

【摘要】：城镇化进程是世界经济发展的主要趋势，也是当前推动我国经济发展的重要动力。随着东北区域经济的快速发展，特别是振兴东北老工业基地战略的不断推进，东北地区的城镇化进程不断加快，辽宁沿海经济带、沈阳经济区、长吉图开放开发先导区、哈大高铁沿线的城镇化建设效果突出。而城镇化建设离不开金融资源的支持，因此充分发挥东北地区金融发展对城镇化进程的支持作用具有重要的现实意义。本文介绍了国内外学者关于金融发展与城镇化建设的理论成果，并对当前国内学者对金融发展支持城镇化进程的研究成果做了概述，认真分析了金融发展支持城镇化进程的作用机制。提出了金融发展可以通过扩大金融市场的规模，改善金融市场的结构，提高金融市场的效率为城镇化建设提供支持。金融发展水平的提高，能够促进城镇基础设施的建设和产业结构的优化，加快农业劳动力向城镇产业转移，推动城乡经济统筹发展，为乡村地区城镇化进程提供支持。在此基础上，，结合东北地区金融发展与城镇化进程的现状，构建指标体系，并通过计量经济学方法对2000年至2012年间东北地区金融发展对城镇化进程的促进作用进行计量检验。计量检验结果表明：东北地区金融规模、金融结构及金融效率的提高对地区城镇化进程起着促进作用，金融发展水平对城镇化进程有正向促进作用。因此我们可以得出，东北地区金融发展程度的提升会提高城镇化水平，加快城镇化进程。最后，论文在借鉴国外发达国家金融业促进城镇化进程的基础上，提出了进一步发挥东北地区金融发展对城镇化进程促进作用的对策建议，强调利用金融发展，加快推进以人为本的城镇化发展道路。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the main trend of the world economic development, and it is also an important driving force to promote the economic development of our country. With the rapid development of the northeast regional economy, especially the promotion of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base. The process of urbanization in Northeast China is speeding up, Liaoning coastal economic zone, Shenyang economic zone, Changjitu open development pioneer area. The urbanization construction along the high-speed railway line of Harbin and Dalian is outstanding, and the urbanization construction can not be separated from the support of financial resources, so it is of great practical significance to give full play to the financial development in Northeast China to support the urbanization process. This paper introduces the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on financial development and urbanization construction, and summarizes the current domestic scholars' research results on financial development to support the urbanization process. This paper analyzes the mechanism of financial development supporting the process of urbanization, and points out that financial development can improve the structure of financial market by expanding the scale of financial market. Improving the efficiency of the financial market can provide support for the construction of urbanization. The improvement of the level of financial development can promote the construction of urban infrastructure and the optimization of industrial structure, and accelerate the transfer of agricultural labor to urban industries. Promote the overall development of urban and rural economy to provide support for the process of urbanization in rural areas. On this basis, combined with the current situation of financial development and urbanization process in Northeast China, build an index system. From 2000 to 2012, the paper makes an econometric test on the promoting effect of the financial development in Northeast China on the process of urbanization. The results show that: the financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency of the Northeast region play a role in promoting the process of urbanization. The level of financial development has a positive effect on the urbanization process. Therefore, we can draw a conclusion that the level of financial development in Northeast China will improve the level of urbanization and accelerate the process of urbanization. Finally. On the basis of the foreign developed countries' financial industry promoting the urbanization process, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further exerting the role of financial development in Northeast China to promote the urbanization process, and emphasizes the use of financial development. Speed up the promotion of people-oriented urbanization development road.
