【摘要】:随着汽车行业的高速发展,汽车已成为日常消费品走入了千家万户,作为连接整车生产,销售与客户的物流服务商迎来了前所未有的发展契机,因此,提升运输配送服务质量,交期及时可控,成本优化降低成为影响第三方物流公司发展的重要因素。现行国内小型乘用车运输以公路为主,占据了整体运量的90%以上,公路运输运量小,成本高,污染大的问题也随之凸显,有着成本低、运量大、能耗低、污染小的火车及滚装船,集装箱船等多种运输方式在整车物流中的应用比例也逐步增加,成为未来发展的重要组成部分。本文通过对各种运输方式的组织方式、应用范围及成本组成进行介绍,并结合实际调研数据,对公-铁,公-集装箱,公-滚装船等模式进行了阐述,为后续运输方式的选择进行说明。多式联运运输方式的组成,对成本结构的构成会有不同的影响,本文借助对于调研数据针对各种运输方式的成本构成进行分析,并结合第三方物流现状,在不同区域中,对不同运输方式的成本建立模型,从成本、交期、品质、安全及风险控制方面进行多目标规划,得出了在批量运输下比较合理的运输模式选择,为第三方物流整车运输项目实施起到积极的指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile has become the daily consumer goods into thousands of households, as the connection of vehicle production, sales and logistics service providers ushered in the opportunity of development, thus lifting transportation hitherto unknown, the quality of service delivery, delivery time control, cost optimization reduction has become an important factor affecting the development of the third party logistics company. The current domestic small passenger transport to the main road, occupy the whole volume of more than 90%, the highway transport volume of small, high cost, high pollution problem is highlighted, with low cost, large volume, low energy consumption, small pollution and train ship, the proportion of application container ships and other modes of transport in vehicle logistics also increase gradually, become an important part of future development. Based on the various modes of transport organization, application scope and cost components are introduced, and combining with the The actual survey data, to the public - iron, public - public - such as container, RO ro ship model are described, for the follow-up to the selection of transportation mode is described. Composed of multimodal transport modes, will have different effects on the cost structure, with the help of the survey data for the various modes of transport cost structure analysis combined with the actuality of the third party logistics, in different regions of different modes of transport cost model, from the quality cost, delivery, safety and risk control of multiobjective programming, the choice of transportation mode is reasonable in batch transportation under the positive guidance for the third party logistics vehicle transportation project the implementation.
