芜湖市失地农民就业培训研究

【摘要】：土地是农民赖以生存的生产资料,是最基本的生活保障。因而对于绝大多数农民来说,如果失去了土地,就意味着失去了生活来源,同时也意味着失去职业。随着我国城乡一体化进程的不断推进,失地农民问题日益突出。如何保证失地农民的可持续发展,缓解失地农民的就业压力,帮助他们走出就业困境,成为社会转型期的一项重要工作。然而,失地农民较低的文化水平和职业技能致使他们在自谋职业的过程中常常处于劣势地位。因此,增强失地农民的职业技能、进行就业培训是失地农民实现其可持续发展,转变其社会角色与身份的一条必经之路。本文在总结相关理论和研究现状的基础上,从城镇化对失地农民就业的影响着手,对芜湖市城镇化进程中失地农民的就业培训问题进行了研究。全文共分为六个部分。首先,阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义。其次,梳理了国内外的相关理论及研究现状。再次,分析了我国目前失地农民就业培训的现状及其影响因素。接着,以芜湖市为例,通过问卷调查和个案访谈的方法进行实证研究,调查了芜湖市失地农民职业技能培训的现状,分析了其中存在的问题。同时,从我国城乡一体化的社会背景出发,提出了促进失地农民进行职业转换并增强其可持续发展能力的就业培训的具体方法,并从构建失地农民职业能力培训的理论体系及为就业实践中的失地农民提供理论指导的角度,提出相应的对策和建议。最后对整篇文章进行总结。
[Abstract]:Land is the means of production for farmers to survive, is the most basic security of life, so for the vast majority of farmers, if they lose their land, it means to lose the source of life. At the same time, it also means the loss of occupation. With the continuous progress of urban-rural integration in China, the problem of land-lost farmers is increasingly prominent. How to ensure the sustainable development of land-lost farmers and ease the employment pressure of land-lost farmers. Helping them out of the employment dilemma has become an important job in the social transition period. However, the low level of education and vocational skills of landless farmers often put them at a disadvantage in the process of self-employment. It is necessary for landless farmers to realize their sustainable development and change their social roles and identities by strengthening their vocational skills and training their employment. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and research status, this paper starts with the impact of urbanization on the employment of landless farmers. This paper studies the employment training of landless farmers in the process of urbanization in Wuhu. The paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are described. Combing the relevant theories and research status at home and abroad. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the employment training of landless farmers in China. Then, take Wuhu City as an example. Through the method of questionnaire investigation and case interview, this paper investigates the present situation of vocational skills training of land-lost farmers in Wuhu city, and analyzes the existing problems. Based on the social background of the integration of urban and rural areas in China, this paper puts forward the specific methods of employment training to promote the vocational transformation of landless farmers and to enhance their ability of sustainable development. From the point of view of constructing the theoretical system of vocational ability training for landless farmers and providing theoretical guidance for landless farmers in employment practice, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Finally, the whole article is summarized.
