基于规模经济的第三方物流配送优化研究

【摘要】：社会经济的发展与分工使得第三方物流迅速发展并在物流市场中占有越来越大的比例,同时第三方物流的产生和发展表现出明显的规模经济特性,有效的整合物流资源实现第三方物流的规模化运作将有利于企业的良性成长。作为专业的第三方物流而言,配送作为核心业务不仅影响到其自身的发展,而且对于整个供应链效益的提高也起到至关重要的作用。随着配送优化问题受到越来越多的重视,从规模经济的角度研究配送优化不仅对企业本身有利,更能在全社会范围内节约生产成本和保证资源的有效利用。首先,本文在对第三方物流规模经济理论分析的基础上,针对并购重组、战略联盟等实现第三方物流产业规模经济的方式,对第三方物流战略联盟及其环境下的联盟配送理论做了详细分析,具体包括实施联盟配送的条件准则、货物运输流程、信息系统的构建。其次,本文在联盟配送理论的基础上,对联盟配送网络优化问题做了具体的描述并采用运筹学方法建立了联盟配送网络优化模型。之后针对联盟配送网络优化模型的特殊结构设计了启发式算法,也就是将启发式搜索和传统的分支定界法结合起来对模型进行求解。最后,本文给出了一个具体的联盟配送网络优化算例,运用Visual C++编程语言对算例进行求解并与原始的配送进行比较,验证了联盟配送网络优化模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and division of labor, the third party logistics develops rapidly and occupies an increasingly large proportion in the logistics market. At the same time, the emergence and development of third party logistics show obvious characteristics of economies of scale. Effective integration of logistics resources to achieve the large-scale operation of third-party logistics will be conducive to the healthy growth of enterprises. As a professional third-party logistics, distribution as the core business not only affects its own development. With more and more attention being paid to the optimization of distribution, it is not only beneficial for the enterprise to study the optimization of distribution from the perspective of economies of scale. It can save production cost and ensure the effective use of resources in the whole society. First of all, based on the theoretical analysis of TPL scale economy, this paper aims at M & A reorganization, strategic alliance and other ways to realize TPL industry scale economy. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the strategic alliance of the third party logistics and the theory of alliance distribution under its environment, including the condition criterion of implementing alliance distribution, the flow of goods transportation, and the construction of information system. Secondly, this paper is based on the theory of alliance distribution. The optimization problem of alliance distribution network is described concretely and the optimization model of alliance distribution network is established by the method of operation research. Then the heuristic algorithm is designed for the special structure of the optimization model of alliance distribution network. In other words, the heuristic search and the traditional branch and bound method are combined to solve the model. Finally, this paper gives a concrete example of alliance distribution network optimization, using Visual C programming language to solve the case and compare it with the original distribution. The validity of the model is verified.
