GZ工程咨询公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国工程咨询企业不断增多,工程咨询行业服务水平不断提高。GZ工程咨询公司正是中国正式加入世界贸易组织后,国内市场化过程中加入工程咨询行业的一家民营企业。经过10年的发展,GZ工程咨询公司已经成为了本市一家知名度颇高的工程咨询企业。当前,随着新一届政府提出行政体制改革的口号,以及新一轮中国经济市场转型的契机,GZ工程咨询公司也迎来转型的重要关头。本文希望通过战略管理的理论知识与GZ工程咨询公司的实际情况相结合,为GZ工程咨询公司梳理清自身的竞争环境与公司资源,为其未来发展制定战略方案,从而提升竞争力,推动GZ工程咨询公司不断发展壮大,,并为相似企业提供一定的参考。 本文通过研究GZ工程咨询公司的实际情况,运用PEST分析法与波特五力模型对企业的外部环境进行了分析,列举了企业外部环境因素带来的机遇与威胁;通过对GZ工程咨询公司的内部组织结构、市场营销情况、人力资源与财务状况进行分析,列举了企业内部环境因素带来的优势与劣势。运用SWOT矩阵列举了GZ工程咨询公司备选战略方案,并阐述了最终选择差异化集中战略与建立战略联盟的原因。最后提出了具体的战略实施以及控制方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of engineering consulting enterprises in China has been increasing, and the service level of engineering consulting industry has been continuously improved. GZ Engineering Consulting Company is exactly after China's formal accession to the World Trade Organization. After 10 years of development, GZ Engineering Consulting Company has become a well-known engineering consulting company in this city. With the new government putting forward the slogan of administrative system reform, This paper hopes to combine the theory of strategic management with the actual situation of GZ engineering consulting company through the theory of strategic management. For GZ engineering consulting company to sort out their own competitive environment and company resources, for the future development of strategic plans to enhance competitiveness, promote the GZ engineering consulting company to grow, and provide a certain reference for similar enterprises. By studying the actual situation of GZ engineering consulting company, this paper analyzes the external environment of the enterprise by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, and enumerates the opportunities and threats brought by the external environmental factors of the enterprise. Through the analysis of the internal organization, marketing, human resources and financial situation of GZ Engineering Consulting Company, This paper enumerates the advantages and disadvantages brought by the internal environmental factors of the enterprise, and lists the alternative strategic plans of the GZ Engineering Consulting Company by using the SWOT matrix. Finally, the paper expounds the reasons for the final choice of the differentiated centralized strategy and the establishment of the strategic alliance, and finally puts forward the specific strategy implementation and control scheme.
