长三角城市群发展的动力机制研究

【摘要】:当今,随着经济全球化和区域一体化快速发展,世界范围内的经济竞争越来越变成区域之间的竞争,而区域之间的竞争,则突出地反映为城市群的竞争。在这种形势下,长三角城市群孕育而生。本文重点关注长三角城市群自产生以来发展过程中的动力机制。 本文应用增长极理论、核心—外围理论,以及城市聚集经济理论等基本理论分析了城市群发展的一般规律,阐释了城市群的内涵、特征与类型,指出了城市群的影响因素与区域效应,提出了城市群影响因素的指标体系。在此基础上,采用Eviews6.0软件进行了指标间的相关性检验,用面板数据的固定效应、随机效应模型,Hausman检验和似然比检验方法对长三角城市群动力机制进行实证研究。最后,在理论分析和实证研究的基础上提出有针对性的合理建议与政策。 本文通过研究发现,长三角城市群主要受到政府推动力、企业推动力、市场吸引力、外部环境推动力等四力驱动,这四大动力相互作用与联系,构成城市群动力机制模型。改革开放后,长三角城市群大致经历从发育、成长到进一步成长等三个阶段。其中,第一阶段(1978~1991年)为发育形成阶段,该阶段城市群发展以民间乡镇企业推动力为主;第二阶段(1992~2002年)为成长阶段,该阶段城市群以政府推动力为主;第三阶段(2003年至今)为进一步成长阶段,该阶段城市群以市场吸引力与外部环境推动力为主。 在实证研究方面,以城市流强度测度城市群的发展程度,发现长三角城市群近年来的城市流强度逐渐提高,年末户籍人口数量、高校学生数占年末户籍人口比例、第三产业产值占地区生产总值的比重对城市流强度起正向的推动作用,且具有正向的、较大的相关性,而规模以上工业企业数量、规模以上工业企业中外企数量所占比例对城市流强度的起正向的、较小的推动作用,外贸依存度对城市流无显著影响。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of economic globalization and regional integration, the worldwide economic competition is becoming more and more regional competition, and the regional competition is reflected in the competition of urban agglomeration. This paper focuses on the dynamic mechanism of the development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. This paper analyzes the general law of the development of urban agglomeration by using the theory of growth pole, the theory of core and periphery, and the theory of urban agglomeration, and explains the connotation, characteristics and types of urban agglomeration. The influencing factors and regional effects of urban agglomeration are pointed out, and the index system of influencing factors of urban agglomeration is put forward. On the basis of this, the correlation test between indexes is carried out by using Eviews6.0 software, and the fixed effect of panel data is used. The random effect model Hausman test and likelihood ratio test are used to study the dynamic mechanism of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, some reasonable suggestions and policies are put forward. This paper finds that the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is driven by four forces, such as government driving force, enterprise driving force, market attraction force, external environment driving force, and so on. After the reform and opening up to the outside world, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has experienced three stages: development, growth and further growth. Among them, the first stage (1978-#date0#) is the developmental stage. In this stage, the development of urban agglomeration is mainly driven by private township enterprises, the second stage is from 1992 to 2002), and the third stage (from 2003 to present) is the further growth stage. In this stage, the main driving force of urban agglomeration is market attraction and external environment. In the aspect of empirical research, it is found that the intensity of urban flow in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has gradually increased in recent years, and the number of registered residents at the end of the year and the number of college students account for the proportion of household registration population at the end of the year. The proportion of tertiary industry output value to regional GDP plays a positive role in promoting the intensity of urban flow, and has a positive and large correlation, while the number of industrial enterprises above the scale, The proportion of foreign enterprises in industrial enterprises above scale plays a positive and small role in promoting the intensity of urban flow, and the dependence of foreign trade has no significant effect on urban flow.
