承接国际服务外包对我国就业结构影响的研究

【摘要】:在信息技术革命与服务全球化的推动下,越来越多的企业将生产过程中所需的服务性工作外包给其他国家的服务供应商,从而催生了国际服务外包活动,使其成为新一轮的国际产业转移方式。作为国际分工深入发展的产物,国际服务外包为发达国际提供了配置全球资源的渠道,,也促使发展中国家进一步融入全球生产和服务体系。目前,中国开放型经济正从“中国制造”走向“中国服务”,发展国际服务外包对于我国就业结构的调整以至经济结构的转型发展具有深远的影响。 本文主要从中国作为承接国的角度出发,研究承接国际服务外包对我国就业结构的影响,主要采取了理论与实证分析相结合、定性与定量相结合的研究方法。首先回顾了国内外服务外包的相关文献研究和一般理论基础,以及承接国际服务外包对就业结构的影响途径。然后将新的理论研究成果运用于中国背景下,结合中国现实就业中的新情况、新问题和新趋势,使理论研究与现实相结合,并辅以图表描述,分别分析全球和我国国际服务外包的发展现状。最后,一方面从定性的角度分析了国际服务外包对于就业结构的影响机制,另一方面建立模型,运用相关数据,针对实证对象中有涉及到的变量是难以直接观察的潜在变量,通过可观察变量予以反映,采用计量方法对因变量与自变量之间的关系进行分析。 根据理论和实证的分析均表明:承接国际服务外包对我国就业结构确实存在影响。本文得出的具体结论是:承接国际服务外包对我国就业数量的扩张有积极作用;国际服务外包对各产业劳动力平均工资水平的变动存在正的净效应;承接国际服务外包对我国就业结构具有优化效应。
[Abstract]:In the revolution and globalization of services to promote information technology, more and more enterprises will be needed for the production process of service outsourcing work to other countries of the service provider, which gave birth to the international service outsourcing activities, make it become a new round of international industrial transfer. As a product of the international division of labor for the further development of international service. Outsourcing provides a channel for the allocation of global resources developed international, also urges developing countries to further integrate into the global production and service system. At present, China open economy from "Chinese manufacturing" to "Chinese service", the development of international service outsourcing has a profound influence on the transformation of the development of China's employment structure adjustment and economic structure.
This article mainly from the Chinese as the perspective of undertaking Country Study on the effect of undertaking international service outsourcing on employment structure in China, mainly adopts the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. First reviews the domestic and foreign service outsourcing Xiang Guanwen Xian research and the general theoretical basis, as well as the impact of undertaking international service outsourcing on employment structure. Then a new theoretical research applied to the Chinese background, combined with the new situation China reality in employment, new problems and new trends, the theoretical research and practical combination, supplemented by the chart description, respectively analyses the status quo of the development of global and China's international service outsourcing. Finally, a analysis of international service outsourcing for the influence mechanism of employment structure from the qualitative point of view, on the other hand, the establishment of model, use the relevant data, according to the empirical object are involved Variables are potential variables which are difficult to be observed directly. They can be reflected through observable variables, and the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables is analyzed by means of econometrics.
According to the theoretical and empirical analysis show that the international service outsourcing does have an impact on employment structure in China. The main conclusions of this paper is: to undertake the expansion of international service outsourcing on the number of China's employment has a positive effect; changes of international service outsourcing on the wage level of each industry labor are positive net effect; undertake international service outsourcing has optimal effect on employment structure in China.
