F公司调达物流运输业务外包绩效管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国汽车工业的蓬勃发展,汽车物流业逐渐面临着将高运作成本、低附加值的业务外包的问题。但由于目前汽车物流业务外包的二、三级市场操作模式还不够规范、业务运作还不够标准,给汽车物流企业的外包业务管理带来了许多的困难。如何在不降低供应链整体服务质量的前提下,管理好外包出去的物流业务,进而提升自己的核心竞争力就成为汽车物流企业面临的重要问题。本文以汽车物流企业的业务外包为研究对象,深入到汽车物流企业 二次外包‖的物流运输业务实操层面,研究业务运作过程中的绩效管理。本文结合已有理论研究的成果和汽车物流行业实际情况,总结了物流业务绩效管理的基本流程和实施步骤。同时借鉴汽车制造业中的现场管理和质量管理思想,提出了以QCDSM和4M1E为基础的绩效评价指标体系,这种新的思路有助于汽车物流企业更加贴近客户的特性和需求。在此基础上,本文探讨了综合运用层次分析和数据包络分析进行绩效评价分析的方法:先用AHP方法对指标体系各评价维度的权重进行赋值,然后用DEA方法针对各维度下供应商的业务绩效表现,计算出相对效率值,最后结合AHP方法得出的各维度权重,计算出某个供应商整体的相对效率作为绩效表现的结果和判断依据。为了验证研究成果和数学模型,本文引用了F物流公司的实际情况,构建了一套外包业务绩效管理流程和评价指标体系,并运用AHPDEA综合的方法对F公司的五个供应商绩效进行实例统计和分析,得到了较为理想的结果。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of automobile industry in our country, automobile logistics industry is facing the problem of outsourcing business with high operating cost and low added value. Business operation is not standard enough, which brings a lot of difficulties to the outsourcing business management of automobile logistics enterprises. How to manage the outsourced logistics business well without reducing the overall service quality of the supply chain, Then to improve their core competitiveness has become an important issue facing automobile logistics enterprises. This paper takes the outsourcing of automobile logistics enterprises as the research object and goes deep into the logistics transportation business of automobile logistics enterprises. This paper studies the performance management in the course of business operation. This paper combines the existing theoretical research results and the actual situation of automobile logistics industry. This paper summarizes the basic process and implementation steps of logistics business performance management, and proposes a performance evaluation index system based on QCDSM and 4M1E for reference of field management and quality management in automobile manufacturing industry. This new way of thinking helps automobile logistics enterprises to be closer to the characteristics and needs of their customers. This paper discusses the comprehensive use of hierarchical analysis and data envelopment analysis to evaluate the performance of the method: first, the AHP method is used to assign the weight of each evaluation dimension of the index system. Then the DEA method is used to calculate the relative efficiency value according to the performance of the supplier under each dimension. Finally, the weight of each dimension is obtained by combining with the AHP method. The relative efficiency of a supplier as a whole is calculated as the result and judgment basis of performance performance. In order to verify the research results and mathematical model, this paper cites the actual situation of F logistics company. This paper constructs a set of outsourcing business performance management process and evaluation index system, and uses the method of AHPDEA synthesis to analyze the performance of five suppliers in F Company. The results are satisfactory.
