和谐社会视野下的食品安全问题及对策研究

【摘要】：食品对于我们每个人每天都是必需品,但是这些必需品随着社会的发展,越来越丰富,但这丰富多彩的食品是否安全可靠呢?是否能满足人们越来越高的要求呢?我想答案并不会令我们满意。随着种类和数量的增多,我国食品却面对着许多复杂的安全问题。在构建和谐社会的大背景下,这个基础性问题显得尤为突出。本文立足构建和谐社会,着重分析和谐社会对食品的要求以及食品安全与和谐社会的关系,进而阐述食品安全存在的主要隐患,最后针对食品安全存在的问题找出解决食品安全问题的对策。本文在总结食品安全问题的基础上,理清食品安全现状并找出这些问题背后的共性原因。最后提出笔者的看法和建议,这将对食品安全问题的解决起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:Food is daily necessities for each of us, but these necessities with the development of society, more and more rich, but this rich and colorful food is safe and reliable? Is it possible to meet the increasing demands of people? I don't think the answer will satisfy us. With the increasing variety and quantity of food, our food is facing many complicated security problems. In the context of building a harmonious society, This basic problem is particularly prominent. Based on the construction of a harmonious society, this paper focuses on the analysis of the requirements of the harmonious society for food and the relationship between food safety and harmonious society, and then expounds the main hidden dangers of food safety. Finally, the countermeasures to solve the food safety problems are found out in the light of the problems existing in food safety. This paper clarifies the current situation of food safety and finds out the common reasons behind these problems. Finally, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions, which will play a positive role in solving the food safety problems.
