我国最低工资制度的劳动供给效应分析

【摘要】:最低工资制度对劳动供给的影响一直是国内外学者们争议的焦点之一。因此,有必要对我国最低工资劳动供给效应进行分析。笔者运用固定效应模型估计方法考察最低工资劳动供给效应,结果显示,最低工资对劳动供给具有显著正向作用。同样,经济增长也对劳动供给具有显著正向作用,而失业率对劳动供给具有显著负向作用。据此,提出提高立法层次、统一工资标准的内涵、统一最低工资调整时间,完善监督管理机制等建议。
[Abstract]:The impact of the minimum wage system on the supply of labor has been one of the controversial issues among scholars at home and abroad. It is necessary to analyze the supply effect of minimum wage labor in China. The author uses the fixed effect model estimation method to study the supply effect of minimum wage labor. The results show that the minimum wage has a significant positive effect on labor supply. Economic growth also has a significant positive effect on labor supply, while the unemployment rate has a significant negative effect on labor supply. Accordingly, it is proposed to raise the legislative level, unify the connotation of wage standards, and unify the minimum wage adjustment time. Perfect supervision and management mechanism and other suggestions.
