精细化管理的观念和思想在中交地产工程项目中的研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对于居住的环境以及房屋的质量要求逐渐提升,因此对于房地产企业来说不断提升自身实力,更新管理理念,完善管理方式对于实现企业自身长久的市场竞争力有着重要的作用。现阶段各个行业都开始推行精细化管理模式,很多房地产企业经过长久的实践,发现了自身运营和管理的问题,也开始推行精细化管理的方式。本研究首先对当前房地产企业存在的现状进行了分析,由此引出了房地产企业实施精细化管理的必要性,要求企业必须把“精”和“细”的关系进行科学有效的把握和处理,制定标准的制度,以及科学、合理的管理标准原则,促进各项工作能有序开展,使得该行业所有的工作都能有具体的参考规范。然后在第三章重点分析在房地产企业工程项目中精细化管理体系的构建,其中包括管理的原理,成本、建筑施工质量、施工工期、安全的精细化管理和创新的方法,经过对房地产项目整个精细化管理过程的展开分析,得出了相应的结论,在房地产工程中引入这种全新的管理理念能够提高工程建设工作的效率、提高相关产业在激烈的市场竞争中发展力量、为企业自身的发展提供源源不断的力量。然后运用中交地产做为案例论述精细化管理在工程项目中的具体运用,详细的将精细化管理理念运用到具体的实践中去,并最后给出了评价及建
