【摘要】:伴随着中国物流业日益增长,货运代理行业发展方兴未艾,已经成为一个新兴物流产业。国外实力雄厚大型物流业巨头也纷纷进入我国货运代理市场。同时中远等国有大型物流企业也纷纷建立自己货运代理公司,使得我国货运代理市场竞争日益激烈。针对上述经营环境变化、行业发展现状及其背景,瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司如何确定其物流发展战略目标,获取竞争优势,,这无疑是一个值得研究的重要课题。 本文对瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司发展战略进行了系统的分析和研究。本文在主要从以下方面:公司主要物流业务;公司物流运作环节;公司物流服务态度;物流信息化程度;公司物流管理水平等五个方面进行分析瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司物流发展现状。通过较详尽分析瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司物流现状及其发展趋势,以及瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司战略环境进行了具体深入分析,并结合瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司的具体情况,提出了瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司在新形势下发展的物流发展战略目标;制定具体公司物流发展战略:现代物流企业一体化战略;第三方物流服务模式战略;物流专业化经营发展战略;电子商务的物流发展战略;物流服务差异化发展战略。最后,结合瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司的实际情况,为实现公司发展战略,提出了相应物流发展战略实施的有效保障措施:发展公司货运业务多元化;大力发展公司物流多式联运;提高公司物流信息化水平建设;努力构建公司协同物流平台体系。同时提出相应以下几个方面的管理建议:公司物流人力资源管理;公司现代物流企业文化;公司物流服务水平管理;公司物流品牌效应管理。 本文通过对瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司发展战略进行详细、深入分析和研究,以期为实现瑞烨国际货运代理有限公司大发展提供理论和技术支持。本研究结论对其他同行业企业具体一定实际意义以及借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the growing logistics industry in China, the development of freight forwarding industry is in the ascendant. It has become a new logistics industry. At the same time, large state-owned logistics enterprises such as Cosco have also set up their own freight forwarders. The market competition of freight forwarding agent in our country is becoming more and more fierce. In view of the above changes in the operating environment, the present situation of the industry development and its background, how does Ruiye International Freight Agency Co., Ltd. Determine its logistics development strategic goal and obtain the competitive advantage? This is undoubtedly an important subject worth studying. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the development strategy of Ruiye International Freight Agency Co., Ltd.
