案例研究:F速运公司集散中心规划与布局

【摘要】:随着社会分工不断细化、国内外贸易迅猛发展、电子商务的爆发式增长,我国物流活动日益频繁,业务规模稳居世界前三。其中快递行业更是异军突起,最早向规模化、标准化的方向前进。经过多年的发展,竞争格局初步显现,主要对手围绕速度、质量、服务、成本等核心要素相比拼, F速运公司(以下简称F公司)暂时在关键性领域处于领先地位。 F公司于1993年成立于广东省顺德市,最初经营广东至香港的单线快递业务,经过十多年的不懈努力从蜗隅中山,到立足珠三角,到布局长三角;从华南地区先后扩展至华东、华中、华北地区;从中国大陆延展到香港、台湾,直至海外,成为中国快递业的领头羊。F公司为保证速度、质量、服务等领域的核心竞争力,,每年都投入巨资完善由公司统一管理的自有服务网络,使得该公司一直拥有最好的行业口碑,忠诚用户群体。 F公司目前拥有四大集散中心,承担整个网络的分拣发运工作,其规划布局与网络结构的合理性,对公司的运营成本、时效与质量起着决定性的影响。因此有必要通过本文的研究分析寻找它存在的问题,制定优化思路。 文章将分四个阶段来探讨F公司的案例,得出有价值的结论和建议。第一部分介绍了选题背景与意义,国内外的研究状况,本文的研究内容与思路;第二部分为案例简介,首先介绍F公司的整体概况,再展示其全网集散中心的整体布局、选取具有代表性的华南集散中心做详细介绍;第三部分为案例分析,首先分析了公司的内外部环境,再对F公司及华南集散中心的网点布局与网络结构重点研究,找出其问题和不足,为后文优化设计指明方向;第四部分是本文的重点,在大量参阅国内外相关文献的基础上,结合行业态势以及F公司多年的经营数据,拟定系统系规划布局策略,对全网集散中心布局、华南集散中心规划提出建议;最后对全文简要总结,对F公司及其集散中心的未来发展进行展望。 本文希望通过对F公司经营环境的分析,对核心经营要素集散中心的研究,寻找可能的问题并给出优化建议,提升网络运转效率,降低运营关键成本,提高企业竞争力。这对F公司经营发展有着重要参考价值,同时对相关企业也有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous refinement of the social division of labor, the rapid development of domestic and foreign trade, the explosive growth of e-commerce, the increasingly frequent logistics activities in China and the steady ranking of the business scale among the top three in the world, the express delivery industry is even more sudden and the earliest to scale. After years of development, the competition pattern has initially emerged. The main competitors revolve around speed, quality, and service. Cost and other core elements, F Express Company (hereinafter referred to as F Company) in key areas temporarily in the leading position. Company F was founded in Shunde City, Guangdong Province in 1993. It initially operated the single-line express service from Guangdong to Hong Kong. After more than a decade of unremitting efforts, from Cokei Zhongshan to the Pearl River Delta, to the Yangtze River Delta, and from South China to East China, Huazhong, North China; extends from mainland China to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas to become the leader of China's express delivery industry. F Company guarantees the core competitiveness in the fields of speed, quality, service, etc. Every year, we invest a lot of money to perfect our own service network, which makes our company have the best reputation and loyal users. At present, company F has four major distribution centers, which are responsible for sorting and shipping the whole network. Its planning, layout, and rationality of network structure, as well as the operating costs of the company, Aging and quality play a decisive role, so it is necessary to find out the existing problems through the research and analysis of this paper, and to formulate the optimization ideas. The article will be divided into four stages to explore the case of F company, draw valuable conclusions and suggestions. The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research situation, the research content and ideas of this paper; the second part is a case introduction. Firstly, it introduces the overall situation of F Company, then shows the overall layout of its whole network distribution center, and selects the representative South China Distribution Center to make a detailed introduction. The third part is the case study, first of all, it analyzes the internal and external environment of the company. Then, the paper studies the distribution and network structure of F Company and South China Distribution Center, finds out its problems and shortcomings, and points out the direction for the future optimization design. The fourth part is the focus of this paper, on the basis of a large number of references at home and abroad. Combining with the industry situation and the management data of F Company for many years, this paper draws up the system planning and layout strategy, and puts forward some suggestions for the layout of the whole network distribution center and the South China distribution center. The future development of F Company and its distribution center is prospected. This paper hopes that through the analysis of the operating environment of F Company, the research on the distribution center of the core management elements, we can find out the possible problems and give some suggestions to optimize the operation efficiency of the network and reduce the key operating costs. It has important reference value for F company's management and development, and also has reference significance for related enterprises.
