【摘要】：快递行业伴随电商产业在飞速发展,累积至今仍然无法解决的是“最后一公里”的快件送达问题,也就是快递终端的配送效率问题。这个问题不仅耗费了快递人员派件、揽件时间,更增加了物业管理的成本与安全隐患,也给社会治安管理带来了安全隐患,是掣肘快递行业进一步发展的“老大难”问题。智邮宝智能快递系统能实现快递公司之间资源交互整合、整体提升快递终端效率、提升社区管理效率,也是作为智慧城市平台建设的重要组成部分。 本文分析了我国目前电子商务、快递行业的现状,快递电商物流智能化是今后发展趋势。为了解决快递行业最后一公里的送达效率,以及社区物业管理安全与效率等问题,本文从行业创新的角度,以智邮宝——智能快递系统为研究对象,结合营销学、创业学、运营管理学、经济学等相关理论知识,以及智能快递收发站平台的创新和创意,研究智邮宝项目商业计划。 本文对智邮宝智能快递收发系统项目商业计划书的研究基于目前快递终端配送出现的系列问题,分析了电商发展现状、快递行业现状,重点研究了智能快递系统的迫切需求和现实条件下的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, the express delivery industry is still unable to solve the "last kilometer" delivery of express mail, that is, the delivery efficiency of express delivery terminals. This problem not only consumes the dispatch of couriers, The acquisition time has increased the cost and security risks of property management, and has also brought security risks to social security management. The intelligent delivery system of Zhiyou Bao can realize the mutual integration of resources between express delivery companies, improve the efficiency of express terminal and improve the efficiency of community management as a whole. It is also an important part of the construction of intelligent city platform. This paper analyzes the current situation of electronic commerce and express delivery industry in China, and the intelligence of express e-commerce logistics is the development trend in the future. In order to solve the delivery efficiency of the last kilometer of express delivery industry, as well as the safety and efficiency of community property management, etc. From the angle of industry innovation, this paper takes Zhiyou Bao-intelligent express delivery system as the research object, combining with the relevant theoretical knowledge of marketing, entrepreneurship, operation management, economics, as well as the innovation and creativity of intelligent courier transceiver platform. Study the business plan of the Zhiyou Bao project. This paper studies the business plan of Zhiyou Bao intelligent express delivery system project. Based on the series of problems of express terminal distribution, this paper analyzes the current development of e-commerce and express delivery industry. The urgent need and feasibility of intelligent express delivery system are studied.
