汽车逆向物流回收的经济分析与发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,汽车保有量日渐增多,汽车在我国的大量普及给予人们添加了生活便利性的同时也对生态环境提出了挑战,因此,汽车逆向物流越来越受到人们的重视,特别是废旧汽车回收和废旧零部件的处理等问题,这些都是影响人身安全和环境保护的重要因素。然而,一辆汽车的使用寿命相对于汽车零部件的使用寿命相比是漫长的,汽车的报废问题产生于产品生命周期的终结,而汽车的维修和保养所产生的零部件更换却是伴随着产品的使用而一直发生的。未来的汽车制造业将以逆向物流为基础,从汽车设计伊始到汽车生命周期结束都将贯穿着更替品和废弃品的回收再利用理念,并以此为企业生存竞争优势。 本文深入分析和探讨了中国汽车逆向物流回收问题,尝试以欧盟报废汽车指令(ELV)的具体回收要求数据分析汽车回收活动中的经济性并探寻在国内发展的借鉴意义,为我国汽车逆向物流回收发展提出了相应的对策和建议。 本文阐述了研究背景、目的、意义、逆向物流和汽车逆向物流的理论知识,指出了汽车逆向物流产生的原因,研究了汽车逆向物流的回收必要性。本文重点阐述了国内外研究和发展的现状,介绍了国内外相关法律法规。以欧盟发布的报废汽车指令为基础,在汽车逆向物流网络设计中,在不考虑回收设施回收能力的前提下首先分析网络选址问题,在分析选址问题的基础上谈论了设施回收能力问题,具体为根据国际拆卸信息系统提供的相关数据做出与回收再利用相关的汽车回收活动中的经济性分析,探讨在国内实施的经济可行性。根据我国汽车逆向物流总体环境和要求,从政府相关部门责任、汽车制造企业责任和消费者责任三个方面对我国相关的汽车逆向物流回收提出发展策略以及相关激励机制的建议,并且针对不同汽车材料才提出相应的回收发展策略,为我国汽车逆向物流回收的有效实施提出了建设性对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in our country, the quantity of automobile is increasing day by day. The popularization of automobile in our country not only adds convenience to life, but also challenges the ecological environment. People pay more and more attention to reverse logistics of automobile, especially the problems of recycling and disposal of used parts. These are the important factors that affect personal safety and environmental protection. The service life of a car is longer than that of an automobile component, and the problem of car scrapping arises from the end of the product life cycle. However, the replacement of parts caused by the repair and maintenance of automobiles is always taking place with the use of products. The future automobile manufacturing industry will be based on reverse logistics. From the beginning of automobile design to the end of vehicle life cycle, the concept of recycling and reuse of replacement and waste products will run through, and this will be the survival and competitive advantage of enterprises. This paper deeply analyzes and discusses the problem of reverse logistics recovery in China, and tries to analyze the economy of automobile recovery activity with the data of EU scrap vehicle Directive ELV, and to explore the significance of its development in China. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of automobile reverse logistics recovery in China. This paper expounds the research background, purpose, significance, theoretical knowledge of reverse logistics and automobile reverse logistics, and points out the causes of automobile reverse logistics. In this paper, the necessity of automobile reverse logistics recovery is studied. The present situation of research and development at home and abroad, and the relevant laws and regulations at home and abroad are introduced. Based on the directives issued by the European Union, the reverse logistics network is designed. Firstly, the network location problem is analyzed without considering the recycling capacity of the recycling facility, and the problem of the facility recovery capacity is discussed based on the analysis of the location problem. According to the relevant data provided by the international disassembly information system, this paper makes the economic analysis of the recovery activities related to the recycling and reuse of the vehicles, and probes into the economic feasibility of the domestic implementation. According to the overall environment and requirements of the reverse logistics of the automobile in China, From the responsibility of relevant government departments, the responsibility of automobile manufacturing enterprises and the responsibility of consumers, this paper puts forward some development strategies and relevant incentive mechanisms for the recovery of automobile reverse logistics in China. According to different automobile materials, the corresponding recovery development strategy is put forward, and the constructive countermeasures are put forward for the effective implementation of automobile reverse logistics recovery in China.
