保险业发展与城镇化进程的互动机制探究

【摘要】：城镇化是伴随着工业化进程和经济发展而产生的一种经济现象。党的十八大全方位论述了城镇化建设问题的重要性,明确要求以改善需求结构、优化产业结构、促进区域协调发展、推进城镇化为重点,着力解决制约经济持续健康发展的重大结构性问题,并提出了促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展和“城镇化质量明显提高”的战略目标。在新型城镇化的时代背景下,本文基于以往国内外学者关于城镇化与金融发展关系的研究,提出了深入探究我国城镇化进程与保险业发展互动机制这一命题。本文的研究以我国35个大中城市2001-2011年的数据为基础,构建联立方程模型,利用3SLS方法探究了保险业发展与城镇化的互动关系。实证结果表明,无论是采用固定效应模型还是三阶段最小二乘法,保险业的良好发展可以参与到城镇化中并促进城镇化的进程,发挥其特有的社会保障、风险管理的功能；反之,城镇化水平的提高也会拉动该地区对保险的需求,从而带动保险业的进一步发展。城镇化与保险业发展二者之间存在着互动的正向影响机制。该结论对我国有着重要的参考意义。一方面,监管当局可以通过政策、法规上的改革,充分发挥保险资金期限长、存量大的优势,使之更多地参与到城镇化建设中来,推动城镇化进程；另一方面,我国保险行业也应充分利用城镇化带来的红利,把握住机遇,为城镇化保驾护航的同时也扩大自身的发展规模、提高自身的发展水平。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an economic phenomenon that comes with the process of industrialization and economic development.The 18th National Congress of the Party discussed the importance of urbanization construction in all directions, and made it clear that the emphasis should be on improving the structure of demand, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting regional coordinated development, and promoting urbanization.This paper tries to solve the major structural problems that restrict the sustained and healthy development of economy, and puts forward the strategic goal of promoting industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization and "obviously improving the quality of urbanization".Under the background of new urbanization, based on the previous research on the relationship between urbanization and financial development at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the proposition of deeply exploring the interactive mechanism between urbanization and the development of insurance industry in China.The empirical results show that the good development of insurance industry can participate in the urbanization and promote the process of urbanization, and play its special function of social security and risk management, no matter the fixed effect model or the three-stage least square method is adopted.Conversely, the increase of urbanization level will also stimulate the demand for insurance in the region, thus driving the further development of the insurance industry.There is a positive influence mechanism between urbanization and insurance industry development.This conclusion has important reference significance to our country.On the one hand, through the reform of policies and regulations, the regulatory authorities can give full play to the advantages of the long term and large stock of insurance funds, so that they can participate more in the construction of urbanization and promote the process of urbanization; on the other hand,China's insurance industry should also make full use of the dividend brought by urbanization, seize the opportunity to protect the urbanization, but also expand its own development scale, improve its development level.
