企业知识产权战略的维度结构与测量研究——基于中国经济发达地区的样本数据

【摘要】：在知识经济时代,知识产权战略对企业赢得竞争优势至关重要。但现有文献对企业知识产权战略的研究还处于定性阶段,缺乏量化的工具,这使得对知识产权战略的研究无法深入和发展。在文献综述的基础上提出相关概念模型,并利用问卷调查和结构方程模型,构建并验证了基于中国经济发达地区样本数据的企业知识产权战略的维度结构。研究结果表明,企业知识产权战略维度可以分解为知识资源获取、知识产权管理及知识产权运用等三个方面。同时,还开发出一套经过实证检验的信度和效度良好的评价知识产权战略维度的具体测量量表。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property strategy is very important for enterprises to win competitive advantage.However, the research on the intellectual property strategy of enterprises is still in the qualitative stage, lacking of quantitative tools, which makes the study of intellectual property strategy can not be in-depth and developed.On the basis of literature review, this paper puts forward relevant conceptual models, and constructs and verifies the dimensionality structure of enterprise intellectual property strategy based on sample data from economically developed regions of China by questionnaire survey and structural equation model.The results show that the strategic dimension of enterprise intellectual property can be divided into three aspects: knowledge resource acquisition, intellectual property management and intellectual property utilization.At the same time, a set of specific measurement scales for evaluating the strategic dimension of intellectual property has been developed, which has been tested empirically and has good reliability and validity.
