面向服务供应链的日日顺物流服务公司信息系统规划研究

【摘要】：近年来,伴随着经济全球化的快速发展,物流业的发展不断加速,信息技术在物流企业中的重要性也越来越突出,物流业的发展逐步向社会化、规模化、信息化的方向靠近。日日顺物流服务公司是海尔日日顺物流的加盟商,是一个综合性物流服务中心,承担所在区域的“送装一体”以及其他售后服务工作。本文以其作为研究对象,借鉴国内外的物流系统规划理念,结合企业发展实际情况,详细对其信息系统的规划进行了深入的研究,并运用服务供应链的模型,对企业信息系统的规划提出了可行的方案。首先,确定了论文研究的意义和内容,以及主要研究方法和思路,并对国内外信息系统研究的现状以及将来的发展趋势进行了简要的概述；第二,对信息系统以及服务供应链的相关理论进行阐述,并对业务流程优化和价值链理论进行了简要研究；第三,理论结合实际,笔者通过长期现场调研和专家访谈,了解日日顺物流服务公司目前信息系统建设在结构性和流程性方面的需求。研究发现企业信息系统目前存在的问题,建立服务供应链模型,把现有问题分为业务系统缺失和订单系统缺失两大模块进行阐述。根据存在的问题,以价值链理论为指导制定信息系统整体规划目标；第四,结合实际问题,运用服供应链模型对信息系统进行了整体规划方案的设计,在规划方案的实施初级阶段,主要对面向日日顺物流服务公司的横向信息系统进行详细的规划解析。最后,对信息系统的可行性进行了分析,并提出了保障信息系统高效运行的措施与建议。为企业能够在市场竞争中处于有利地位奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, the development of logistics industry is accelerating, and the importance of information technology in logistics enterprises is more and more prominent. The development of logistics industry is gradually towards the direction of socialization, scale and information.Japan Shun logistics service company is Haier Rishun logistics franchisee, is a comprehensive logistics service center, to undertake the region of "delivery and loading integration" and other after-sales service work.This paper takes it as the research object, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign logistics system planning idea, unifies the enterprise development actual situation, has carried on the thorough research to its information system plan in detail, and uses the service supply chain model,The feasible plan of enterprise information system is put forward.First of all, the significance and content of the paper research, as well as the main research methods and ideas, and a brief overview of the current situation and future development trends of information systems research at home and abroad are given.The related theories of information system and service supply chain are expounded, and the business process optimization and value chain theory are briefly studied. Thirdly, the author combines theory with practice, through long-term field investigation and expert interview.Understand the structural and process requirements of Rishun Logistics Service Company's current information system construction.This paper finds out the existing problems of enterprise information system, establishes the service supply chain model, and divides the existing problems into two modules: the lack of business system and the lack of order system.According to the existing problems, the whole planning goal of information system is formulated under the guidance of the value chain theory. Fourthly, combining with the actual problems, the paper designs the overall planning scheme of the information system by using the service supply chain model.In the primary stage of the implementation of the planning scheme, the horizontal information system for Rishun logistics service company is analyzed in detail.Finally, the feasibility of the information system is analyzed, and the measures and suggestions to ensure the efficient operation of the information system are put forward.For enterprises to be able to compete in the market in a favorable position to lay the foundation.
