EPR下电子产品的逆向物流回收模式及供应商评价

【摘要】:近些年,资源问题和环境问题日益严重,逐渐引起全人类的关注,为了赖以生存的家园,人们不得不行动起来。随着可持续发展战略的实施,建立循环经济、节约友好型社会等政策应运而生,同时,在政策的感召下,,逆向物流逐渐兴起。有效实施逆向物流,不仅能节约资源、保护环境,而且能促进企业的可持续发展。然而实施逆向物流,也需承担一定的成本和风险,企业生产者在选择逆向物流回收模式时需要慎重。 以迅速发展的电子行业为背景,研究了生产者责任延伸制(EPR)下电子产品的逆向物流回收模式及供应商评价问题。首先介绍了问题的研究背景,阐述了逆向物流、EPR制度的产生,在查阅相关文献的基础上,总结了国内外对电子产品逆向物流、逆向物流回收模式、供应商选择评价问题的研究现状。 然后,详细介绍了EPR制度,包括EPR制度的定义、责任内容、实施对象及执行方式,并对EPR制度在国内外的发展现状进行总结;接着介绍了电子产品逆向物流的相关定义,分别对逆向物流、电子产品进行了定义,根据电子产品逆向物流的定义分析了它的特点,指出了电子产品逆向物流在发展中存在的问题,并分析了电子产品逆向物流的影响因素。 最后,文章着重研究了EPR下电子产品逆向物流回收模式及供应商评价问题分两部分分析。第一部分,对三种逆向物流回收模式的含义、特点及使用范围进行了比较分析,将三种逆向物流回收模式的特性和EPR制度的约束性相结合,建立EPR下电子产品逆向物流回收模式评价指标体系,运用网络分析法构建评价模型,分析了网络分析法的基本原理和操作步骤,并以电子产品M公司为例论证该模型的可行性;第二部分,在回收模式选择的基础上,对该模式下的供应商选择进行分析,根据电子产品逆向物流的特点,在前人研究的基础上,建立了第三方回收模式下供应商评价指标体系,并构建基于模糊层次分析法的供应商评价模型详细分析了模糊层次分析法建立评价模型的一般步骤,通过算例进行验证说明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more serious, which has gradually aroused the attention of all human beings. In order to live home, people have to act. With the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, the policies of building a circular economy and saving a friendly society have come into being. The application of reverse logistics can not only save resources and protect the environment, but also promote the sustainable development of enterprises. However, the implementation of reverse logistics also needs to bear a certain cost and risk. The enterprise producers need to be careful when choosing the reverse logistics recovery mode.
Based on the rapid development of electronic industry, the reverse logistics recovery mode and supplier evaluation of electronic products under the producer responsibility extension system (EPR) are studied. First, the research background of the problem is introduced, the production of reverse logistics and EPR system is expounded. On the basis of consulting the relevant articles, the reverse materials for electronic products are summed up at home and abroad. Research status of flow, reverse logistics recovery mode, supplier selection and evaluation.
Then, it introduces the EPR system in detail, including the definition of the EPR system, the content of responsibility, the implementation object and the way of implementation, and summarizes the development status of the EPR system at home and abroad. Then it introduces the relevant definitions of the reverse logistics of electronic products, defines the reverse logistics and electronic products, and defines the reverse logistics of electronic products, and defines the reverse logistics of electronic products. This paper analyzes its characteristics, points out the problems existing in the development of electronic products reverse logistics, and analyzes the influencing factors of the reverse logistics of electronic products.
Finally, the article focuses on the analysis of the reverse logistics recovery mode and supplier evaluation under EPR in two parts. The first part is a comparative analysis of the meaning, characteristics and use range of the three reverse logistics recycling models, and the combination of the characteristics of the three reverse logistics recovery modes and the constraints of the EPR system, and the establishment of EPR The evaluation index system of reverse logistics recycling model of electronic products is established, and the evaluation model is constructed by network analysis method. The basic principles and operation steps of network analysis are analyzed. The feasibility of the model is demonstrated by the M company of electronic products. The second part, on the basis of the selection of the recycling mode, the selection of the suppliers under this model is selected. On the basis of the characteristics of reverse logistics of electronic products, based on the previous research, the supplier evaluation index system under the third party recycling model is established, and the supplier evaluation model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) is constructed to analyze the general steps of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) to establish the evaluation model.
