大庆油田进口压裂车组采购项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:作为企业生产经营中不可或缺的基本环节,采购已成为与计划组织指挥协调和控制同等重要的企业基本职能作为油田物资采购的重要组成部分,大庆油田有限责任公司积累了多年的进口物资采购经验但由于进口物资技术含量高供货周期长个性化程度高可替代性小外部风险大等特点,进口物资采购顺利与否直接影响油田的生产建设 本文从五方面对进口压裂车组采购项目质量管理进行研究首先阐述了对进口压裂车组采购项目进行研究现实意义,对国内外相关学者的研究进行了系统地梳理,分析了论文的研究内容和研究方法;其次,,分析了论文涉及的相关基本理论,包括采购管理理论项目质量管理理论和全面质量管理理论;再次,主要探讨了大庆油田进口压裂车组的现状及采购项目中存在的问题;其后,以项目全面质量管理为基础,对进口压裂车组采购项目质量管理体系进行优化,该体系包括前期质量管理中期质量管理相关利益方质量管理和采购项目验收入库的质量管理四部分内容;最后,以构建的质量管理体系为基础,从管理理念和制度管理程序人力资源管理信息系统建设供应商管理质量控制体系等几方面提出了完善进口压裂车组采购项目质量管理的保障措施随着石油市场的持续走高,大庆油田有限责任公司面临着激烈的国际石油市场竞争,如何高效的开采成为公司不得不面临的紧迫问题通过进口物资的战略采购,实现企业物流的合理化和效益最大化,逐步降低油田生产成本,不断提高公司下属各二级单位的市场竞争力,最终提高公司的整体竞争力
[Abstract]:As an indispensable basic link in the production and operation of an enterprise, procurement has become an important part of oil field material procurement, which is as important as planning, organization, command, coordination and control. Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. has accumulated many years of experience in the procurement of imported materials. However, due to the high technical content of imported materials, high supply cycle, high individualization, high substitutability, small external risks, and so on, The smooth purchase of imported materials directly affects the production and construction of oil fields In this paper, the quality management of the imported fracturing train purchasing project is studied from five aspects. Firstly, the practical significance of the research on the procurement project of the imported fracturing train group is expounded, and the research on the relevant scholars at home and abroad is systematically combed out. The research content and research methods of the thesis are analyzed. Secondly, the related basic theories are analyzed, including purchasing management theory, project quality management theory and total quality management theory. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of imported fracturing train sets in Daqing Oilfield and the problems existing in purchasing projects, and then, based on the total quality management of the project, optimizes the quality management system of imported fracturing train sets. The system consists of four parts: quality management of relevant stakeholders in early quality management, quality management of relevant stakeholders and quality management of stock acceptance of purchasing projects. Finally, the system is based on the quality management system constructed. From the aspects of management concept and system management procedure, human resource management information system construction, supplier management quality control system and so on, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the quality management of import fracturing truck set purchasing project with the continuous development of oil market. Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. is faced with fierce international oil market competition. How to exploit efficiently becomes an urgent problem that the company has to face. Through the strategic procurement of imported materials, it can realize the rationalization and benefit maximization of enterprise logistics. Gradually reduce the production cost of the oil field, continuously improve the market competitiveness of the secondary units under the company, and ultimately improve the overall competitiveness of the company
