基于DC的三级冷链一体化库存模型与实证分析

【摘要】:电子商务的快速发展引发了商品销售模式的改变,随着电商涉及领域由图书、服装到食品的逐渐拓展,越来越多的人们开始从网络购买食品,甚至生鲜、冷冻品。人们对冷链品需求日益增加的同时,也引发了很多现实问题的出现,如食品安全问题。这就要求国家进一步完善冷链物流的发展规范和运作模式,加强冷链物流设施设备的建设,提高冷链物流的技术和技能,从而保证生鲜、冷冻品在供应链中全程冷链,确保食品安全。 然而,现阶段我国冷链物流发展不容乐观,特别是冷链物流的运作模式。与发达国家相比,我国易腐品的多级冷链模式仍以生产商和零售商组成的两级供应链体系为主,其物流活动的运作大多为各节点企业自营。而这一运作模式并不符合企业提升核心能力的要求,其不仅造成了企业物流资源的浪费,更缺乏供应链整体优化的思想。 因此,在多级冷链库存的研究中引入第三方运作的配送中心(DistributionCenter)并结合多级库存一体化的理念,更有助于企业核心能力的提升,从而提高供应链的整体竞争力。 本文以有限期内多个生产商、一个DC和多个零售商组成的冷链系统库存一体化决策为研究内容,建立了考虑DC增值服务、变质率服从三参数Weibull分布的三级冷链库存模型。文章从系统利润最大化的角度确定供应链各成员的最佳补货策略,并通过标准遗传算法对算例结果的计算发现,,以专业DC为中枢的三级冷链系统较传统的两级供应链系统更具有竞争优势。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of electronic commerce has led to the change of commodity sales mode. With the gradual expansion of e-commerce from books, clothing to food, more and more people began to buy food, even fresh, frozen products from the network. With the increasing demand for cold chain products, there are many practical problems, such as food safety. This requires the country to further improve the development and operation mode of cold chain logistics, to strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics facilities and equipment, to improve the technology and skills of cold chain logistics, so as to ensure fresh, frozen products in the whole process of cold chain in the supply chain. Ensure food safety. However, the development of cold chain logistics in China is not optimistic, especially the operation mode of cold chain logistics. Compared with the developed countries, the multi-level cold chain model of perishable goods in China is still composed of two levels of supply chain system, which consists of manufacturer and retailer, and its logistics activities are mostly operated by the node enterprises. This mode of operation does not meet the requirements of improving the core competence of enterprises. It not only causes the waste of logistics resources of enterprises, but also lacks the idea of overall optimization of supply chain. Therefore, the introduction of third-party distribution center into the research of multi-level cold chain inventory and the idea of multi-level inventory integration will help to enhance the core competence of enterprises and improve the overall competitiveness of supply chain. In this paper, a three-level cold chain inventory model considering DC value-added service and three parameter Weibull distribution is established, which is composed of several manufacturers, one DC and multiple retailers, which is composed of several manufacturers, one DC and several retailers. In this paper, the optimal replenishment strategy for each member of the supply chain is determined from the point of view of maximizing the system profit. The three-stage cold chain system with professional DC as the center has more competitive advantage than the traditional two-level supply chain system.
