突发事件下冷链物流车辆路径再规划研究

【摘要】:随着人们对冷冻、冷藏食品需求的增加,使得高成本、低利润的冷链物流面临巨大挑战。在冷链物流中,配送成本占比较高,而车辆路径规划是否合理对配送成本影响很大。在配送过程中,诸如交通拥堵、道路改造维护、交通事故等突发事件不可预料、无法避免,一旦发生不仅会增加配送成本,还会影响客户的满意度,车辆路径再规划就显得尤为重要。 本文首先对冷链物流配送特点进行分析,并对所研究的突发事件进行了界定,在充分考虑了突发事件下配送的各项成本,包括车辆指派成本、车辆运输成本、货物货损成本、车辆温控能源损耗成本和超过时间窗的惩罚成本后,以配送成本最小化为目标建立了突发事件下冷链物流车辆路径再规划模型。然后结合本文研究问题及所建模型,设计了合适的蚁群算法转移规则和信息素更新规则。最后带入实例,根据突发事件前、后分两阶段进行求解和分析,并对信息启发因子、期望启发式因子和信息素挥发系数进行了参数分析,从而验证了本文所建模型、算法设计以及参数值设置的合理性和适用性。 本文所研究的突发事件下冷链物流车辆路径再规划问题,除了为涉及冷链物流的企业规划突发事件下的车辆路径提供理论依据,也可为其在决定配送车辆规模和车辆出发时间、考核车辆到达客户时间、调整与客户约定的服务时间、预计货物货损量和各项成本等时提供实际参考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for frozen and refrigerated food, the high cost and low profit cold chain logistics is facing great challenges. In cold chain logistics, the cost of distribution is relatively high, and whether the vehicle route planning is reasonable has a great influence on the cost of distribution. In the distribution process, unexpected and unavoidable unexpected events, such as traffic congestion, road reconstruction and maintenance, traffic accidents, will not only increase the cost of distribution, but also affect customer satisfaction. Vehicle routing planning is particularly important. In this paper, the characteristics of cold chain logistics distribution are analyzed, and the emergency events are defined. The cost of distribution under the emergency is fully considered, including the cost of vehicle assignment, the cost of vehicle transportation, the cost of goods damage. After the cost of energy loss of vehicle temperature control and the penalty cost exceeding the time window, the replanning model of cold-chain logistics vehicle path under sudden events is established with the aim of minimizing the distribution cost. Then, combined with the research problem and the model, the appropriate ant colony algorithm transfer rules and pheromone updating rules are designed. Finally, an example is introduced. According to the two stages before and after the emergency, the solution and analysis are carried out, and the information heuristic factor, expectation heuristic factor and pheromone volatilization coefficient are analyzed, which verifies the model established in this paper. The rationality and applicability of algorithm design and parameter value setting. In this paper, the replanning problem of cold-chain logistics vehicle path under sudden events can not only provide theoretical basis for enterprises involved in cold-chain logistics to plan the vehicle routing under unexpected events, but also determine the size and departure time of vehicles. Check the arrival time of the vehicle, adjust the service time agreed with the customer, estimate the cargo damage and cost and provide practical reference.
