福建省城镇化质量空间差异评价

【摘要】：在快速城镇化进程中,提高城镇化质量是当务之急。文章基于城镇化质量的基本内涵和国内相关研究,以福建省为例,从经济发展质量、社会发展质量、生态环境质量、空间发展质量、城镇化效率、城乡协调度等6个方面构建了福建省城镇化质量评价指标体系,利用熵值法对福建省9个地市的城镇化质量进行综合测度。通过系统聚类将全省9地市划分为城镇化质量较高地区、城镇化质量中等地区和城镇化质量较低地区,其中厦门市为城镇化质量较高地区,莆田、福州、漳州、宁德和泉州市为中等质量地区,南平、三明和龙岩市为城镇化质量较低地区。评价结果表明:福建省9地市的城镇化质量参差不齐,空间差异显著,城镇化质量主要由东南沿海向西北内陆递减。其中,厦门市的城镇化质量在全省中形成突出一极,与其它地市拉开较大的差距,而福州市作为福建省省会,在城镇化质量评价中表现平平。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, it is urgent to improve the quality of urbanization. Based on the basic connotation of urbanization quality and related domestic research, this paper takes Fujian Province as an example, including the quality of economic development, the quality of social development, the quality of ecological environment, the quality of spatial development, and the efficiency of urbanization. The evaluation index system of urbanization quality in Fujian Province was constructed from six aspects, such as the degree of coordination between urban and rural areas, and the entropy method was used to measure the urbanization quality of nine cities in Fujian Province. Through systematic clustering, 9 cities in the province are divided into high quality areas of urbanization, middle quality areas of urbanization and low quality areas of urbanization. Among them, Xiamen City is a high quality area of urbanization, Putian, Fuzhou, Zhangzhou, Ningde and Quanzhou are medium quality areas, Nanping, Sanming and Longyan are low quality areas of urbanization. The evaluation results show that the urbanization quality of 9 cities in Fujian Province is uneven and the spatial difference is significant. The urbanization quality mainly decreases from the southeast coast to the northwest inland. Among them, the urbanization quality of Xiamen City forms a prominent pole in the whole province, which is far from other cities. Fuzhou, as the provincial capital of Fujian Province, has a mediocre performance in the quality evaluation of urbanization.
