城市群产业分工与要素集聚关系的实证分析

【摘要】：在新型城镇化的背景之下，以城市群的发展来带动城市群内部各级城市的协调发展成为新型城镇化的重要战略方法之一。在城镇化发展的过程中，城市群必将是重要载体也将是主体形态，因而从现实中国的情况来看，城市群在经济发展在新型城镇化中扮演着重要的作用，而对城市群的研究中城市群的产业问题是绕不开的重中之重，也就意味着中国城市群产业分工与要素集聚的研究也越来越具有现实的意义。本文从此处着眼，研究城市群的产业分工情况与劳动力和资本要素为代表的各要素集聚的关系，从而研究中国城市群产业更合理的发展之路。本文通过对城市群产业分工与要素集聚之间关系的研究，具体是在按照城市群功能划分的“中心-外围”和按照城市群层级结构划分的“巨大-特大-大-中小”两模型下的关系，首先运用就业人口和资本存量对产业分工中要素集聚程度进行度量，然后利用区位熵对产业分工程度进行度量，并利用C-D生产函数具体构建劳动力要素、资本要素等生产要素与城市群产业分工的关系模型，分析各要素的集聚程度与城市群各产业分工之间关系的存在性及存在强度，得到以下几个方面的结论：①在“中心-外围”模型和“巨大-特大-大-中小”模型下，，劳动力要素集聚和资本要素集聚与城市群产业分工之间存在相关性。②在“中心-外围”模型下，劳动力要素向中心城市和外围城市的流动分别对城市群一二产业和第三产业呈现较强促进作用。资本要素向外围城市和中心城市的流动分别对城市群总体层面的第一第二产业和第三产业有较明显促进作用。③在“巨大-特大-大-中小”模型下根据城市人口规模的不同，劳动力要素集聚和资本要素集聚对不同城市不同产业发展的作用不同。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, the coordinated development of cities at all levels in urban agglomeration has become one of the important strategic methods of new urbanization. In the process of urbanization development, urban agglomeration will be an important carrier as well as the main form, so from the reality of China, urban agglomeration plays an important role in the new urbanization. In the study of urban agglomeration, the industrial problem of urban agglomeration is an inextricable priority, which means that the study of industrial division and factor agglomeration of Chinese urban agglomeration has more and more practical significance. From this point of view, this paper studies the relationship between the industrial division of labor and the agglomeration of labor and capital elements in the urban agglomeration, so as to study the more reasonable development road of Chinese urban agglomeration industry. This paper studies the relationship between industrial division and factor agglomeration in urban agglomeration. Specifically, the relationship between the "center-periphery" according to the function of the urban agglomeration and the "mega-mega" model according to the hierarchical structure of the urban agglomeration. Firstly, we use the employed population and capital stock to measure the agglomeration degree of the elements in the industrial division of labor, then use the location entropy to measure the degree of the industrial division of labor, and make use of C-D production function to construct the labor factor concretely. The relationship model between capital factors and the industrial division of labor in urban agglomeration, and the existence and intensity of the relationship between the agglomeration degree of each element and the division of labor of various industries in urban agglomeration are analyzed. We get the following conclusions: 1 under the "center-periphery" model and the "mega-medium and small" model, There is a correlation between labor factor agglomeration and capital factor agglomeration and the industrial division of urban agglomeration. The mobility of labor factors to central cities and peripheral cities promotes the first and second industries of urban agglomeration and the tertiary industry respectively. The flow of capital elements to the peripheral cities and the central cities respectively promotes the primary industry and the tertiary industry at the overall level of the urban agglomeration.3 according to the different size of the urban population under the model of "mega-medium and small", The effect of labor factor agglomeration and capital factor agglomeration on different industries in different cities is different.
