持续改进理论在能源管理中的应用以富瑞公司为例

【摘要】:随着能源形势的日益严峻,资源和环境问题日益突出。工业是我国能源消耗的大户,而石化行业作为其重点耗能行业是工业能源消费中的主力军,大部分企业存在能耗高、污染物排放量大等特点,与世界先进国家有很大的差距。云南云天化国际化工股份有限公司富瑞分公司(以下简称“云天化国际富瑞分公司”)是云南云天化国际化工股份有限公司所属5家分公司之一,位于安宁工业园区草铺片区,是云南国家级磷复肥基地实施主体之一。公司装置投产以来,通过加强能源管理,实施节能技术改造在节能降耗方面做了很多有益的探索并取得了积极的效果。 本文通过对能源的研究引出了在当今能源紧缺,国家能源政策日益严苛的背景下,企业要想在竞争中得到生存,必须走节能降耗的道路。通过对云天化国际富瑞分公司的能源管理现状的描述和分析,把持续改进,结合标杆管理应用于化工生产制造企业,通过能源管理现状分析从耗能工序划分、分别在节能管理组织架构、能耗管理意识、能源管理制度建设、计量器具配置、统计及统计结果的运用、重点耗能设备的管理等方面找到了改进和优化的空间。通过一个个PDCA循环的改进,持续实施标管理,能源消耗得到降低质量和能源管理水平得到提升。全面阐述了企业如何更好地提高能源管理水平,降低能源消耗、提高能源利用效率,最终提高企业的经济效益,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly severe energy situation, the problems of resources and environment are becoming more and more prominent. Industry is the big energy consumption of our country, and the petrochemical industry is the main force in the industrial energy consumption as its key energy consumption industry. Most enterprises have the characteristics of high energy consumption, large pollutant discharge and so on. There is a big gap with the advanced countries in the world. Yunnan cloud sky is a big gap. The international chemical industry Limited by Share Ltd Furui branch (hereinafter referred to as "the cloud Tianhua international Furui branch") is one of the 5 subsidiary companies of the Yunnan cloud Tianhua international chemical Limited by Share Ltd, located in the grass shop area of the Anning Industrial Park. It is one of the main bodies of the National phosphate compound fertilizer base in Yunnan. Since the company's installation is put into production, it has been strengthened. Energy management and implementation of energy saving technology transformation have made many beneficial explorations and achieved positive results in energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Through the study of energy, this paper leads to the way that enterprises want to survive in the competition and have to take the road of energy saving and consumption in order to survive in the current energy shortage and the country's energy policy is increasingly harsh. Through the description and analysis of the energy management status of the cloud Tianhua International fury branch, the continuous improvement and the application of benchmarking are applied. Industrial production enterprises, through the analysis of energy management status analysis from energy consumption process division, respectively in the energy conservation management organization structure, energy management awareness, energy management system construction, measurement instruments configuration, the use of statistical and statistical results, the management of key energy consumption equipment and other aspects of improvement and optimization, through a PDCA cycle Improvement, continuous implementation of the standard management, energy consumption to reduce quality and energy management level has been promoted. It is of great practical significance to comprehensively explain how enterprises improve energy management level, reduce energy consumption, improve energy utilization efficiency, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
