【摘要】:公共工程是构成区域系统的基本组成元素,公共工程项目的建设发展与区域系统的社会、经济、生态发展密不可分,其可持续能力对区域系统的可持续发展至关重要。有效地评价公共工程的可持续能力,能够了解各方因素对公共工程可持续发展的重要性,同时能为公共工程的建设发展提供理论依据。本文主要是对构建基于生态学理论的公共工程可持续能力评价指标体系及评价方法的研究与分析。 论文首先从可持续发展相关理论出发,结合生态学理论对公共工程可持续进行定义及划分。并站在生态学的视角下,认为公共工程项目生态系统具有和自然生态系统类似的组成、结构、层次等级和基本特征。 其次,参考生态位理论,结合本文所研究的公共工程项目的特性以及公共工程项目生态系统的构成从内部和外部两个方面对公共工程可持续能力进行定性分析。再运用统计学抽样调查方法,选取具有代表性的公共工程项目作为研究对象,通过文献分析法建立初始指标体系。 然后,以问卷调查的形式获取数据,运用SPSS软件分析数据筛选初始指标,最终确立基于生态学理论的公共工程可持续能力评价指标体系。 最后,将层次分析法和协调度模型理论相结合,构建基于层次分析法的协调度模型。并将其运用于公共工程可持续能力的综合评价中。
[Abstract]:Public engineering is the basic component of the regional system. The construction and development of public engineering projects are closely related to the social, economic and ecological development of the regional system. Its sustainability is very important to the sustainable development of the regional system. It can effectively evaluate the sustainable ability of the public works and understand the factors of the public works to the public works. The importance of sustainable development can provide theoretical basis for the construction and development of public engineering. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the evaluation index system and evaluation method of the sustainability evaluation of public works based on the ecological theory.
The thesis first defines and divides the sustainable development of public works from the theory of sustainable development and ecological theory, and considers that the ecological system of public engineering projects has similar composition, structure, hierarchy and basic characteristics with the natural ecosystem.
Secondly, based on the theory of niche, it combines the characteristics of the public engineering project and the structure of the ecological system of the public engineering project, and analyzes the qualitative analysis of the sustainability of the public project from two aspects of the internal and external aspects. Then the statistical sampling method is used to select the representative public project as the research. The initial index system is established by the method of literature analysis.
Then, data are obtained in the form of questionnaire survey, and SPSS software is used to analyze the initial index of data. Finally, the evaluation index system of sustainable capacity of public works based on ecological theory is established.
Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and coordination degree model theory are combined to construct a coordination degree model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of the public works.
