产业转移背景下合肥市城市化发展研究

【摘要】：2010年1月，国务院正式批复《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》。作为首个获批复的国家级承接产业转移示范区，这将是国家实施区域协调发展战略的一个重大举措。随后，安徽省政府印发了的《皖江城市带示范区城镇体系规划文本》。城市化是第一产业人口不断减少，第二、三产业人口逐渐增加的一个过程。而产业的转移必然引起产业结构的变化，，使之向着高度化、合理化的方向发展。产业转移所引起的产业结构的转变必然也会推进城市化的进程。在皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区的背景下，合肥市有必要抓住发展的有利契机，将承接产业转移同城市化建设紧密结合起来，以经济建设带动城市化水平的提高，以城市化建设推动经济发展。本文以城市化的理论为基础，首先分析了合肥市城市化发展的现状，得出合肥市城市化发展的轨迹。然后从产业转移的视角下得出来承接产业转移对合肥市城市化发展的推动作用，主要从经济增长，产业结构以及要素流动三个方面进行了分析。实证部分运用了因子分析得出了这些因素的影响排名。在分析承接产业转移的现状时运用了SWOT分析了合肥市的情况。最后从三次产业和建立卫星城镇的角度来分析合肥市城市化发展的具体路径。
[Abstract]:In January 2010, the State Council formally approved the "Anhui River City Zone to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone planning." As the first approved national industry transfer demonstration area, it will be an important measure for the country to implement the regional coordinated development strategy. Subsequently, the Anhui Provincial Government issued the "Wanjiang City Zone demonstration Zone Urban system Planning text". Urbanization is a process in which the population of the primary industry decreases and the population of the second and third industries increases gradually. The transfer of industry will inevitably cause the change of industrial structure and make it develop in the direction of high level and rationalization. The transformation of industrial structure caused by industrial transfer will certainly promote the process of urbanization. Under the background of the demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer in the urban belt of Anhui River, it is necessary for Hefei to seize the favorable opportunity of development, to combine the undertaking industry transfer with the urbanization construction closely, and to promote the urbanization level by the economic construction. Promote economic development with urbanization construction. Based on the theory of urbanization, this paper first analyzes the present situation of Hefei's urbanization, and draws the track of Hefei's urbanization. Then from the perspective of industrial transfer, the author draws a conclusion that undertaking industrial transfer promotes the urbanization development of Hefei, mainly from three aspects of economic growth, industrial structure and factor flow. Empirical part of the use of factor analysis to obtain the impact of these factors ranking. In the analysis of the status quo of undertaking industrial transfer, using SWOT to analyze the situation of Hefei. Finally, from the perspective of three industries and the establishment of satellite towns, this paper analyzes the specific path of the urbanization development of Hefei.
